I count the seconds. 100056 seconds of sleep. A record time I could say. I started to cry again as all my memories fade away leaving me alone. Nothing could hear me cry in this empty void, until

"Uuhh... H-hello? Why are you crying?" The voice was really broken, like a music box, but I could understand it.

I looked up to see a skeleton, almost looking like me, but a bit, transparent and floating in the air. They had black streams coming from their right eye that looked like he was crying. He was wearing nothing, but I wasn't wearing anything either.

Snap POV

It's been a few years since I met Melted. He is a very cool guy, even if he looks like he is melting always. We actually named each other as we didn't remember our names. I named him Melted, he named me Snap.

We are good friends and I learned so much about him. I checked his soul, but sadly, it's only a piece left, a piece that held all his magic. He told me it's fine, but I could tell it hurt.

"So Snap. How are we going to leave this damned place?" Melted asked
"I do not know, I just hoped that we'd be saved" I said honestly until I heard something.

We both turned our heads towards the noise, but it was something else. A person.

They came over to me and Melted as we both looked confused.

"Oh look. There was something left after all. Two damaged idiots" they said and Melted got offended
"Don't call us idiots!" Melted yelled, but they only ignored him

They grabbed Melted and stares at him. "Do not talk back to me" they were literally choking him.

It shocked me so much that I couldn't do anything about it.

They threw Melted who lays on the ground weakly. Then they approached me, I was scared of what they might do.

I could tell they were a skeleton. They wore some seriously colorful clothes

"What is your name pipsqueak?" They asked. I didn't reply and they kicked me. "ANSWER ME!!"
I began crying and stuttered out my name, "M-M-Melted c-calls me S-Snap"
"My name is Misty fire. I am a balance keeper and I'm tired of doing it alone. You are going to continue keeping the balance between creation and destruction" Misty explained as they touched my forehead with some kinda weapon. I felt pain. Oh so much pain and power flowing through me. It hurts.
"MELTED!! H-HELP! I-I CAN'T! T-TOO MUCH!!" I cried out in pain and as suddenly as it came, it disappeared. I looked at Misty who's clothing was a bit different.

She was fighting with Melted, who tried to come to me, but got stabbed in his left eye with a red fluid needle, that turned his white eyelight into a red one also making it look broken.
