pros: once reader finds that fear they can make the nightmares do physical damage to whomever they belong to

Cons: if overused the reader will see their own fear and have to deal with it on their own and it's most effective if they can get the person to sleep

Addings: Once properly trained reader can slowly turn people's fear into a quirk but so far all they can do is use one
