A soft breeze brushed against my skin as I strolled. My skin soaking in the warm rays of the sun. This was the life. It was a perfect day, as I walked I greeted people on my journey and received many smiles and "hi's" back. I lived in an amazing community with some amazing people. Everyone knew each other and liked one another I mean why wouldn't we? We were all neighbors so why couldn't we be friends as well. They're had never been any issues in my community, we lived the perfect place for anyone who wanted to live a normal average life. I smiled and kept walking.

I had only a few things to get today manly groceries then I had to go to work for a few hours before I had free time to myself. With that in mind, I made my way to the store. When I walked in I was greeted by at least ten voices. I waved, saying "hi" back. The isles were bright and colorful. I greeted a few more people as I got my groceries until a saw a dear friend of mine. I gave her a hug. "Hi, Delilah how has everything been?" I asked.
"Oh, I'm fantastic," she sang. "I told you earlier how I just got a dog right?"
"Yeah," I chimed.
"Well, he's so well behaved. I'm so glad I decided to take him in. He never barks or sits on the furniture. He's just fantastic."
"I'm so glad," I said. "I would love to meet him."
"I'm sure he would love to meet you too. How about you come over tomorrow for dinner."
"That sounds fantastic."
She smiled at me again and I smiled back.
"I'm so sorry for cutting or delightful conversation short but I'm afraid I have to head back home." "Oh that's okay," I said. "I still need to get a few more groceries."
"Okay," she grinned. "See you tomorrow."
"You too."
I walked away feeling elated. It was always so delightful to talk to her. I finished up my grocery shop rather quickly, another friend of mine helping me bring my groceries to the car. Then I headed to work.

I worked at a nearby elementary school and the kids were little angels. They were so respectful and kind to each other. I loved my job and all my students. Getting into the building I was greeted by some fellow teachers before making my way to my classroom. I planned my lessons for the day before the bell rang. Once I heard its sweet chimes, tiny feet became prominent as they made their way into my classroom. I saw there grinning faces first.
"Hello," I said to each one and they said back, "Hi, Ms. Garcia."
Once all of my students were there I started teaching. I taught a second-grade class and we were currently going over addition and subtraction. They answered every question I had and got there work done early so I said they could go outside for the rest of the class and play. They were all very eager and ran out once I dismissed them.
I knew it was almost lunchtime so I made my way to the teacher's lounge being greeted by all the teachers. Inside there was a set up of couches all in a circle so then no matter where we were sitting we could talk to one another. One of our favorite topics to talk about was our students.
"So how are your kids doing?" I asked one of the fifth-grade teachers.
"Oh, they are doing wonderful," she said. "So well behaved and compliant. I know they will grow up to be spectacular members of our community."
"I'm so glad," I said. "I've heard rumors that once they grow older they become nasty but I'm glad that is only false."
"Well of course it is, I have never seen one of these kids misbehave, ever."
"I'm glad."
I turned to another teacher striking another conversation.
By the end of our lunch period. I was in an even better mood. It was always fantastic to talk to the other teachers at our school and hear about how their days and lives were going. Though most of us didn't have anything new going on. I walked back into my classroom and my students came right back in. I went over a few more lessons with them before school was dismissed.
I was always disappointed to leave my students at the end of the day but also was looking forward to some alone time.

Heading home, I decided to turn on a movie and made myself dinner. I ate and turned my attention completely on the TV. The more I watched the heavier my eyes grew before I felt the world turn black.
