"mommy.." izuku's voice was shaking as blood dripped from his nose
"Why did you let him do this" the child was looking away from a woman who looked badly beaten
"Daddy hurt me but you just looked away" pearls of water fell off of his freckled cheeks
"Y-you let him burn me, kick me, and cut me" stuttering midoriya rubbed his arm remembering the pain he had to go through
"I-" inko paused between her sentence trying to put her words together "I couldn't do anything"
The child closed his eyes in rage he could not believe those words
"WHY LIE! YOU COULD HAVE HELPED ME! BUT YOU SAT THERE!" he yelled turning to his mom's voice with his eyes tightly shut
There was no reply
Drip Drip Drip
The poor child opens his eye lids to be in shock
There he saw a lifeless corps being impaled by multiple black spike that led to the broken childs back
"M-mo-m" he couldn't finish his words.
The blood pounded in his ears. His heart thudded in his chest. His hands shook. His vision disfigured, as if he was looking through fish-eye lends.
Izuku had to get away he couldn't be near his mother's body anymore.
He couldn't look at it. Izuku's breaths went faster as his eyes led to a pool of red liquid below the corps
Did I do this
That was the only thing midoriya could think. His head was Scrabbled falling on the ground he put his scared hands over his eyes trying to erase the terrible images of his lifeless mother
How did I do this?
A sound of keys jingling alerted him to look up at the door in fear 'he's back' the child thought to himself while scooting far from the hanging body
The door opened to show a tall male who looked drunk and tired. He froze seeing izuku having sharp black goo sticking out of his skin
The fathers eyes followed the goo which led to his dead wife hanging on the wall
"Your a monster" he dropped his beer and stared at the hyperventilating child "you killed her" he walked up to the kid and held him by the throat
His words stung midoriya's heart
"I-it wasn't my f-fault" the little boy blurted out
"We'll look who is holding there mother against the wall! It looks like your not quirkless after all" a punch was going to be thrown at the boy
Izuku quickly closed his eyes ready for impact
But there was nothing
Drip Drip Drip.
