I was staring blankly at the road as we pass.
I can't explain why I felt so nervous, It felt like it's my first time going there, what's worst is that I'm having a difficult time to pretend that I'm okay since my daughter is with me.
"Dad, Where are we going?," I smiled at her before slightly shaking my head to tell her that it's a secret.
"why?," she asked again but this time I answered.
"Because it's a secret, and a secret needs to be hidden to be called a secret,"
Napangiti ako ng makita ko ang pagbusangot niya, she's just four pero hindi maipagkakaila na mas matured siyang magisip kumpara sa mga bata na kasing edad niya, maybe because we raised her to be a matured kid although we let her feel that she's still a kid.
Napakunot ang noo niya ng pumasok ang sasakyan sa loob ng isang malaking gate at dumiretso kami, napatingin ako sa mga taong dumadaan hanggang sa huminto ang sasakyan.
Bumaba ako at pinagbuksan ang anak ko, and hand to hand we walk where she is.
I stood infront of her, I offered her the flowers I bought, and sat infront of her, I smiled, even though I know I will never receive it back.
"I'm sorry I came late," bulong ko sakanya habang hawak hawak ko parin ang anak ko na nakaupo na sa tabi ko.
At kagaya ng dati hindi siya sumagot, sa taon taon kong pagbisita hindi ko narinig ang boses niya.
"Dad, who is she?," napatingin ako sa anak ko na curious na nakatingin sakaniya, malungkot akong ngumiti finally letting go of the emotions I kept on supressing.
"She's my bestfriend," I replied.

"Why is she here? Did she do something wrong?," I sighed, heavily.
"Yes, she did," nakatitig ako sa lugar kung nasaan siya habang paulit ulit na inaalala kung ano ang ginawa niya.
"She's a one great liar," I paused, then again, heaved a sigh.
"And because she is the unluckiest person to receive such a gift from god," I continued, I stared at her as my tears continued to rolled down my cheeks, tempting to overwhelm me.
