Chapter 6

A/N Okay, so I haven't been updating this one for a little bit. Sorry, I'll try to update more, but I have a lot of school stuff going on. In fact, I'm doing this instead of my homework. Anyway, ENJOY!!! Also, I realise that the song later on (attatched to the side) is NOT Vocaloid, but I love little Tavbro! I found this song and fell in love with it, so here it is in my story! XD

Rin's POV

"So, hi, Rinny" Len smirked, setting down his lunch tray. Really!? What did he just call me?!?! I thought. He just sat down right next as if we've known eachother forever!!! 

Oliver had a slightly annoyed look on his face and Gumi and Miku looked like they were about to pass out. 

"H-hey Len-kun" Miku stuttered. Her face bright red. 

I glared at Len. "Only my family can call me that!" I growled. Oliver, Gumi, and Miku found that the hard way. As hard as a brick wall to the face. The wall I threw them at... Yeah, I don't like that nickname very much...

"Oh, but Rinny, I think that we can consider ourselves family, we do have May" He smiled. I growled, "So, only two months am I stuck with you... at least there's an upside to this..." I looked away, annoyed at the blond popular.

Len's POV

I chuckled as Rinny glared at me. Still so cute, even when irritated. God, I'm a creep!! Hehe.

Lunch quickly passed and we had music next. We had to write our own songs. 

I performed mine yesterday, so Rin was the first one to present. 

She nervously stumbled up to the front and smiled shyly. "This is called 'Finally I've flown'" she introduced her song before starting to play the piano and singing.

'Say that you believe in faeries, cause if you don't I'll never fly again,

Falling down is not as scary, as never finding confidence to stand.

 And now I guess I'll never know,

I'm in Neverland forever, I never will grow old.

I'm leaving you lost boys and girls alone, and finally I've flown.'

Already most of the girls in our class were crying. The song was moving, and somehow soothed me. In a sad kind of way.

'I'm a hero in a land of treasure, and a failure in a body that's all wrong.

I tried to measure up to this adventure, to fantasize and make believe I'm strong'

Now some of the boys were not-so-secretly crying into their sleeves. The teacher was sobbing.

'But if I give my all and still amount to nothing in the end, then I guess it was pretend.

When I thought that I could help protect my friends.

And, with my lance I'll charge into the morning look for me by the light of the second star'

Now everyone in class was crying, including me. How could Rin think of lyrics like these? Lyrics that make even the teacher cry?

'I used to feel so small and wary, but maybe growing up means many things.

So say that you believe in faeries, cause really they're just miracles with wings.

And if you miss me, let me go. You can kiss me but my body will eventually grow cold.

But you can dream of me, and I will let you know, that I am fine here.

I am not alone. And I can fly here, finally I've flown'

She then stood up and walked to her seat, compltely ignoring our sobbing classmates. 

I stared at the girl. The girl who wrote a song that brought tears to my eyes. The girl I was DEFINATLEY going to know better.

A/N I know, it's horrible, but I felt bad for not updating in so long, so yeah. I love the song on the side. I obviously don't own it. Sorry for the sucky update. Love you guys!!
