Casey/Delta POV:
There he is, walking straight towards me, his rat tail swinging side to side.

Alpha licks his lips seductively, with every step approaching closer and closer.

"Delta." He started, kind of stern at first, but there was a small hint of playfulness in it. Almost like he was a little drunk. "You didn't show up when I told you to."

"Alpha.." I trailed off, staring down to hide the blush rising creeping its way my cheeks.

He deepened his gaze, it was almost piercing through me.

Alpha stepped closer, his stare remained the same. It was so quiet right now that his footsteps left behind a trail of echoes. "You're hiding something. Aren't you?"

"A-Alpha, i'm sorry!" I finally managed to stutter out loud, but his face was drained of every bit of mercy left in this world.

He called me by my given name. Visibly, that was enough to display obvious surprise on my face. I knew then matters were serious, though never had I really expected for Alpha to find out. Why didn't I show up?...why?..well I...

No words had left his soft plump lips. It was like time had stopped to determine my fate. I only stood and stared as I was completely enveloped in this deafening silence. A silence which was only broken by a single;

My throat manifested an excruciating gulp. I had been in trouble before; but in most cases it just led to some, if not, all the others ignoring me. I did something worse now... but fear prevented me from wanting to face the consequences.

"No.. I.. I don't...I don't want to.." I mumbled. As much as I regret my decision saying that aloud, despite it being soft, in an empty hall where alpha could CLEARLY hear me, there was no backing out from that.

Immediately, that was retaliated with a cocked eyebrow. "What?. Did you say?"

Just by the tone of his voice I stumbled over my sentences "I-um...I ah-". But before I could finish, I was surprised with a look I've never seen on our Alpha before. Shit.....he noticed. He eyed me up and down in shock, followed by a devious smirk.

"You know...it was rather ballsy for you to talk back to me, Delta. I would have applauded you for having to stand your ground.. however, in this situation. I didn't quite like that." Despite the unhappy tone in his voice, his smirk remained as it was. It made me quiver if anything; thinking about the possibilities of what he could do to me right here, right now. An arm spontaneously reached out and jerked the collar of my shirt, pulling me closer than before.
