As they made their way to the oversized doors of the "great hall" as they call it, then a Raider placed his hand in there way.
"Wait here I will tell her you have arrived" he says as he takes a deep breath before entering the door
"Her?" Mercy questioned looking at Y/N
"Why are you surprised? Apollyon was a woman." Y/N stated as they waited.
"I don't know I just thou-"she tried to say but the thunderous sound of there chief cut her off.
Elizabeth slammed one of her axes down on the table as he heard that knights were at the door. "I DON'T CARE IF THERE ARE KNIGHTS THERE!!" She yelled angrily as she had much better things to deal with then two silly knights.
The guard flinched a little as he heard Elizabeth yelling. He then walked out to where Mercy and Y/N were waiting. "Uh, you guys can come in now..she isn't very happy though." He told them as she then held the door open for the both of them.
Y/N looked at the guard and gulped before giving him a hesitant nod. "Okay, I guess i'll go in first..just to let her know that we mean no harm." He said to Mercy before then walking into the room and saw Elizabeth. She was quite masculine and still had her fiery red hair and emerald green eyes and her freckles scattered around and on her nose. Her lips were still just as peachy as last time they had seen each other. Elizabeth had more bone structure to her face from all of the fights she had been it. Y/N was wearing a helmet and so she wouldn't know it was him right away. "Greetings chief. I have come to speak with y-" Y/N got cut off as he saw an axe flying straight towards him. He ducked as the axe went straight into the wall above him.
Once Elizabeth had thrown the axe, her breathing became heavy. "what do you knights want?!" She snapped at them in a pissed off tone as she then folded her arms angrily. Her body was tense as her face was red with anger.
Y/N moved out from under the axe and stood up straight, keeping his helmet on as he was shocked to have seen Elizabeth. "I-I have come to make peace with you and yo-" He was cut off once again as Elizabeth began speaking.
Elizabeth snapped once more. "I don't care about peace! I have too much on my back at the moment to be dealing with that crap!" She said to them before sighing heavily. "Look. Let's make a deal. You help me deal with the Wu Lin faction that's giving me a hard time and maybe i'll consider declaring peace between us." She suggested to him whilst folding her arms.
Y/N nodded before then slowly taking his helmet off, revealing his face to Elizabeth. He tucked his helmet under his arm as he then looked back at her with a smile. "Elizabeth, we would be glad to help you." Y/N said to her nicely as he hoped she was happy to see him again.
Elizabeth watched as Y/N removed his helmet. Her facial expression changed from angry and serious to confused and shocked, her cheeks flushing a pink shade as she then realised who she had been shouting at and threw her axe at. "I-I....Y/N? I..didn't kn-know you would b-be here..." She said with a very bad stutter as she happy, yet shocked to her crush standing in front of her.
Mercy then came walking in after hearing the commotion coming from inside. "Hey, what's going on here....oh hi Elizabeth." She said in a slight annoyed tone as she folded her arms and glared at her.
Y/N looked at Elizabeth and chuckled. "Haha, yep! I'm here and we are going to help you! Aren't we Mercy?" He said to her as he then nudged Mercy a little as if he was trying to get her to lay off of Elizabeth.
Mercy looked at Y/N as he nudged her. She then groaned a little and nodded. "Yeah, we kind of have been sent to do that. I'm only in because I have to be." Mercy said with an annoyed sigh.
Y/N chuckled a little. "Just remember, the Warden did say he would've replaced you if you didn't want to come. You're the one that insisted on coming." He told Mercy honestly.
Mercy huffed and rolled her eyes a little. "Yeah yeah, let's just get to the point here." She said to them both.
Elizabeth wasn't at all surprised that Mercy still hated her. She didn't let it bother her though as she was more focused on the task at hand. "Awesome! I'm glad you two are willing to help me. I could really use a few more people to help with the situation." She said with a smile, still in shock that she had basically been reunited with Y/N after all these years. "Oh, and i'm sorry about throwing my axe at you Y/N. I was just frustrated.." Elizabeth apologized to him as she then walked over and pulled her axe out of the wall.
"It's alright Elizabeth. I can see that you are under stress. This must be a hard time for you" Y/N responded with care and understanding in his voice .
"Thanks Y/N. You always could understand." She says and her voice calmed down as she took a seat at the table gesturing for the two to sit next to her.
"So Elizabeth, you going to introduce us to your new boy-toy or what" A warlord snarled as he drinks from his mug.
Y/N looked over at the warlord with an awkward look on his face. "I-" He began to say but stopped, not knowing what to say really.
Elizabeth snapped her head round to look at the asshole of a warlord. "You. Be quiet! He is just...a good friend." She told him as she then looked over at Y/N. "Anyways, i'd always take him over you any day." Elizabeth chuckled a little.
The warlord huffed as he glared at both Elizabeth and Y/N. They all then went on to discuss their plans for dealing with the Wu Lin faction that was giving them trouble at the moment. One person was taking notes on a piece of paper and a charcoal pencil whilst the others blurted out some pretty good ideas.
Elizabeth stood up at the head of the table. "Right, we have come up with some amazing ideas but it is getting a little late. We will put the plan into action in a couple of days, but for now, we will spend the next few days practicing it. Let's all go and get some rest now. Well done team." She said proudly to all of them as she then began to head out the door with the others.
Mercy and Y/N turned their heads as they saw Elizabeth walking out. "Wait, where are we going to stay exactly?" They both asked her.
Elizabeth turned round to look at the two. "Oh, well Mercy, you can have the last spare room and I guess Y/N will have to share with me as my room is pretty big." She told them before leading them both to the rooms.
