*headset buzzes*
Man 1: Station, this is Alpha from the ISS, how are you all doing?
CC: Charlie here, we're good.
Man 1: Good to know, and your suits?
BV: Bravo here, suits are mint.
Man 1: All right. Station, you're good to get out there in 1 minute.
CC: Roger.
Man 1: 30 seconds, Station, are you all ready?
CC: Yep.
BV: Heck, yeah.
BT: Beta here, I'm ready.
Man 1: This is Alpha from the ISS, wishing you all good luck. I will return for more updates soon.
_______________________________________The Astronauts for the Excelsior5 gets ready to go for their expedition on the moon, going through the spacecraft's door, called an airlock.
"Pat, how you feelin'?" an Astronaut inquires.
"I feel both excited and nauseous, Andrew." Pat replies.
"Hopefully, we can discover something new and vital, let's do this, folks."
..adds Keifer while looking up, signaling a sign of hopefulness and optimism.
Putting on their helmets, they proceed to exit the spacecraft.
*Airlock releases air*
Talking on the headset connected to their suits, Andrew quietly says,
"Boy, here we go, let's make it snappy."
All Astronauts were shocked by the gravity on the moon, playfully jumping up and down, then Pat adresses firmly to all to stop horsing around.
"Don't get too out of focus. We have a job here, and a time limit too."
She says."Sheesh, it's your first time, come, on, loosen up, Pat!" Andrew delightfully replied.
Pat sighed in reply.
They see a big rock, with unusual engravement of symbols marked on it, about 100 meters away from them.
"Holy, heck, that's huge. Let's check it out, shall we?" Keifer asks through his headset.
"Why not? Let's do it." Andrew confidently replies.
The three astronauts make their way closer towards the rock they saw.
Now a few feet from directly making contact, Keifer touches the rock, looks seemingly 4 times as tall as him, and a dozen times wider.
"Let's take a fragment from this bad boy," says Andrew while beginning to puncture the enormous space rock.
Wedging his tool, he takes a tiny piece from it, about an inch wide.
"This is Alpha once again. Station, please come in."
The man in the dialogue earlier returns.
"Hey, Alpha, you scared the crap out of me, thought my suit was malfunctioning. Anyway, we just got a fragment from a huge rock we found on the moon, it has weird symbols on it, should we bring it hoO--"
Before ending his question, a sudden boom comes out from the right of the Astronauts.
"Station, Bravo, Beta, what was that? Please return immediately."
And while the communicator asks about their situation, little did he know, the Astronauts seems to have been wiped out by some foreign life inhabiting the moon.
*Shapeshifts*
An alien, from a huge frame, reverts back to it's original form through shapeshifting, an apparent ability of their kind, then picks up the bloody helmet of Andrew, warning,
"For decades, we have hidden ourselves from your kind using our advanced technology, but now, we've had enough. We've waited long enough for another one of you to return here.
Now, we wage war. Prepare for your world's demise."Ending it's statement, the alien drops the stained helmet on the surface of the moon, then speaks to another one of it's kind as they walked opposite of the rock, slowly revealing the once-concealed civilation of them.
"Charlie, come in! Beta! Bravo! Please explain who and what was that!"
the man shouts while it's signal slowly fades.
