Spencer's POV

* Tuesday afternoon *

I'm currently in the library studying. All my classes have been so difficult so I'm trying to make sense of everything during my free time. I have a class in half an hour so I've still got a while. There's a couple of other students around here who either look super focused or depressed. I can't concentrate at all for some strange reason. I decide to go and look for a book to read instead.

I make my way over to the different book shelfs. Each shelf is for a different genre of book for example romance, thriller etc. I pick up a book and begin reading the blurb when I hear a familiar voice speak. It is Toby.

"I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date sometime" I can hear him say to someone. I can see his face through a space and he's standing on the other side of the book shelf to where I am.

The person he is talking to is a tall blonde haired girl whom I've never seen before. She's wearing a super pretty dress which is a little short to be honest. Her skin is flawless and she looks like she can be a model she's that pretty. She's smiling and blushing crazily at Toby and I know exactly what he's doing.

Yesterday I had told Toby he has to be in a relationship with someone for at least one month for me and him to become friends. He was probably searching for a girlfriend for the bet and I smirk. It's kind of funny watching him try and be serious for once.

"Yeah sure" the blonde hair girl says with a smile. She takes out a piece of paper and writes down something on it. "Here my number" she says flirtatiously. Toby seems completely mesmerised by her and nods slowly. He leans in and gives her a soft kiss on the cheek.

I don't know who the girl is but I have a feeling that I've seen her somewhere before. She seems super familiar but I can't tell where I've seen her. It's like that feeling you get when you meet someone and its like you've exchanged paths before, only this time we aren't technically talking. I'm spying on her and Toby.

She smiles at him when he pulls away. They say goodbye and I realise that Toby is coming around the corner where I am. I grab a book and rush back to the table where all my stuff is. I sit down and flip to a random page, trying to be interested in the book even though I have no idea what it's about. I'm just praying he walks straight out the library and doesn't see me.

Unfortunately he spots me sitting at the table nearest the window and approaches me. I internally groan and try to prepare myself for whatever is about to happen. He smirks at me and I just return my eyes to the book I'm pretending to read.

"Hey Stacy" he says and I realise it's probably the time to correct him. I feel bad keeping my real name a secret from him for this long as fun as it was

"Emm Toby I have to tell you something" I say and he nods his head signalling for me to continue.

"My name isn't actually Stacy it's Spencer. Me and the girls thought it would be funny to change our names so you guys would be confused" I say honestly. I'm kind of scared how his reaction will be but to my surprise he just burst out laughing.

"S-so I've been calling you the wrong name this whole time" he says through his laughter. I smile at his reaction and nod. After a few minutes his laughter dies down and he shows me his gorgeous smile which I've began to love. I mean like not love. "You know I prefer Spencer" he says taking a seat beside me. I blush and look back down at my book.

"Thanks" I say plainly looking up at his electric blue eyes. They somehow manage to hypnotise me every time I look into them. They are even brighter than the ocean somehow.
