I passed the coffee to Allen. He smiled. " thanks" he said. I gave him a half smile and went into the back. I checked my Phone. I had a minute left til break time. So I just put my hat away and my hair down and took the apron off and put my sweatshirt on I had gotten from a Washington d.c. trip I went to with the school one year.

I took a step outside. I looked at Alice she was smoking. " you want one. may calm your nerves down a little him" she said taking out the pack. I shrugged " I guess it wouldn't hurt " I said taking one. I lite the second I got it. " what are u gonna do when u go on vacation " she asked.

" I'M actually going to the shore for the vacation I am gonna go see my aunt and my little baby cousin. " I said. She looked at me confused. " nicole,jioni, lorenzo and giavonna " I said. She smiled. "Sounds like fun" she said. I smiled!" It is because her and Jennifer loves to take me shopping because my mom won't buy me nothing and by time I see them sometimes. They always tell me it's shopping time. And half the time I always to buy close and pay my cell Phone bill. You know it's not fair to me. It's not. Selena, and fallen, they thinks it's stupid. When I get done I have nothing I wanted to see Adam Lambert in concert this month and can't. " I said. I was upset by this time. Everything I do anymore I work for.

"Hun ur gonna see him. If I have buy u a ticket I will. Even to meet him Yes. I'd do anything for u to go see that man in concert. I know how much you adore him. " she said. She was there for me like it was nothing. She was like an older sister to me that I worked with .

"Melanie come on hurry and finish because u need to get back to work." My boss said. I rolled my eyes and finished smoking. " well I'll see you in there. " I took the mouth wash we use outside rinsed and spit.

I headed back in. " it's about time. "Alex said. I rolled my eyes. "Shutup Alex. J don't take forever like you. " I said laughing he shook his head. " well then u go take that table over there so get ur ass rolling. " he said. I grabbed the pen and paper and talked to table the young man was sitting at.

I smiled. " hi I'M melanie and I will be serving you what can I get you. " I said clicking my pen and look at the familiar face. He smiled with his brown eyes and blonde hair falling down in front of his eyes. " a vanilla mocha coffee and a muffin please." He said I wrote it down. "Yes and that will be a few minutes. " I said smiling.

I took the order to alex. " get on it. That boy is cute." I said handing him the note pad." You can serve it also. "Alex said. I rolled my eyes. " honey don't be rolling your eyes you wanted to job. Now malanie. " he said, with a smirk on his face. "Take this to the gentleman. " he said handing the food and the drink.

I took it out to the gentleman. "Have a nice day sir if there is anything else you need let me know " I said. He smiled " will do " he said

I turned on my heel and went to the back. " melanie. Skates not shoes. " my boss said. I rolled my eyes and went to the back. I put my skates on. " he giving you hell again about those skates. " she said laughing. I laughed and nodded. When doesn't he. I hated skates I always manage to fall without knowing.

I stood up and when back out there to do my job. " can I get off of work Now ." I mumbled.

I skated out to the door and propped it open to get some fresh air in. It was nice and warm and it was freezing inside and plus why not I mean u never know when it's going to rain again.

"Melanie come here " Alice said as I head to the back " what Alice. " isn't that the man. " she said I turned to look and I saw him the person I have been dieing to see . I stood there frozen.

Alice waved her hand in my face not paying attention. I just stared at him. "Earth to Melanie. Wake the hell up and snap into work. " she said. I couldn't not when he was sitting there his face was perfect everything it was perfect how can o say NO to just starring.
