The Letter

Felix was done. With school, with people, with life, you name it. Another day of school with people teasing him about his so called secret. Today had consisted of felix dragging himself out of bed and to school, only to have a bucket of red paint poured right infront of where he would have been. Sighing he had continued to the corner, dodging the glue and other horrible shit they tried to stick him with. Class went as well as it could, the teachers getting in on making fun of how pale he was.

Lunch time was possibly the best thing for felix. The blessing of escaping all the pricks in school and making his way through the school like the bloody maze runner. He sat on the rooftop with one of his only friends who was like him. Mingyu stuck with felix all the way through school as they both were in a similar situation.

"what did they attempt this time" Mingyu sighed as he saw the annoyed look on felixs face. "oh you know, the usual paint or glue. They tried glitter this time." Mingyu crushed the can in his hand in anger. Mingyu was like the older brother felix didn't have. Felix had a biological family but ever since the incident the only person to stick with him was his sister jae. She was like the mom he needed in his life. Jae and Mingyu got along extremely well, the three of them were like a little family. The thought brought a smile to felix's face.

The bell rang breaking felix and Mingyu out of their thoughts. They had to separate, ignoring the mean words the pricks threw at them. Once school was finally over felix flung his bag onto his back, making a mad sprint for the school gates. He reached Mingyu and snatched his arm before sprinting to his house. Once he got there he unlocked the door with his keys. "JAE I'M HOME, MINGYU'S WITH ME" he slipped his shoes off then picked up the post while mingyu took his off. "bills, magazines, bills, Mr. Lee felix? Mr. Kim mingyu? Why the hell would they send this here, you don't live around here?" felix looked at mingyu with a confused stare. Mingyu shrugged and took the letter, looking over it carefully. "there's weird marking on it but we should probably check it out" felix and mingyu carefully open the letters and start reading them

Dear Lee Felix

We are sure that you are confused about how we knew Mr. Kim Mingyu would be at your house today. Do not be alarmed, we are Yosul Academy for the powerful and supernatural. We are aware of your "secret" along with Mingyu's. We are happy to welcome you to our academy. You would be the first of your kind at this school and we would be delighted to nurture your powers and abilities in our school. If you would like to attend the academy then both you and mingyu should say the password, you will be given the directions to the school. You should pack all the thing that you will need and head to the school tommorow. Your sister jae is aware of the situation and has given her approval. The choice is yours, I hope you make the most beneficial decision.

Felix looked up at mingyu in shock, mingyu's letter had the exact same thing except addressed to him. Felix jumped up and down with joy "MIN MIN THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO GET REAL FRIENDS" he smiles happily as mingyu realised the situation and started jumping as well. Mingyu shot up and hugged felix before running out to get packed. They agreed to meet up at felixs House to go to the academy.

~Time skip~

Jae unlocked the door and screamed as she got tackled into a hug by a small (lol no) ball of sunshine that was felix. She chuckles and ruffles his hair "hey Freckles, I see you got the letter they were talking about" she says as she glances at the letter on the shoe cupboard. Felix nodded in excitement "I can't wait to go with mingyu and make friends, it's gonna be so much fun!" jae giggles at his excited state before getting an evil smile on her face "maybe you'll finally get a boyfriend?"
