Here is a short story I just thought of a few hours ago for Halloween. A Halloween special. Hope you guys like it.
Wrote this chapter on my laptop and part of the next one also. But the remaining part was on my phone, since I went "to sleep" and I'm currently working on "Guardians undercover" to update that later. Not sure when.
Anyways, sorry for any spelling or grammar errors.
Enjoy.
______________________________________________________________________So many stories they have heard. So many rumors they had heard.
But sometimes, well most of the time these stories are more to scare them or to motivate them.
Though on a rare occasion, those stories are true. But a bit exaggerated, but none the less true.
And such is the occasion at this moment.
It sounded like any other scary story one would tell for Halloween. But that wasn't the case.
They learned the truth of such a scary story.
The story of how a simple thought can become reality and become a nightmare.

"It is said that if anyone is to think of anything on a night of a waxing moon, that thought will become reality." Reborn said as he settled himself into his small chair in Tsuna's room.
Tsuna, Gokudera and Yamamoto all listened in intently. Two of the three believed this, while the third was a bit weary.
Reborn then proceeded in telling them a story.
"This took place many years ago, a young woman who at the time was very ill and did not have the money to get medical help, was one of the very few reported cases of people who have had their thought or rather wish become reality."
The three teens listened intently as Reborn continued to tell his story.
The young woman, 26, mother of two children, had been ill for three years. A chronic cough and pain in the chest and stomach. She had gone to various doctors, but none could give her an answer to what her ailment was.
The only thing that was achieved from having gone to doctor after doctor was to spend money on the visits and on the medication that did little to nothing to help. And now she could no longer afford to go to another doctor.
Every single night throughout their house her coughing could be heard. The young children cried themselves to sleep on more than one occasion with one thought in mind....
"What if mommy/mom dies tonight." A thought that no child of six and eleven should think, but how could they not after hearing their mother, and seeing as her condition worsened.

On one night, to not further agitate her family, she left the house and sat herself on the picnic table they had in the back yard.
Letting out a sigh she tilted her head back and her green eyes gazed at the moon and the stars.
"I know everything happens for a reason." She muttered to herself, "But.... why me." She clenched her hands and thought of her family, of how much they had endured in seeing her getting worse and worse.
Her family has always been there for her, and this time she wants to be there for them. She wants to get better and be there for her family just as a wife and mother should.
"If anyone is listening. If god is really listening, anyone. Please help me get better." She pleaded.
As she sat alone in eerily lit night with the moon's light, she slowly began to doze off.
Though before fully falling asleep, she somehow managed to get herself inside the house and lay on the sofa in the living room.
Three coughing fits. That was all she had that night, unlike other nights where she usually has ten at least.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________
The days that passed her cough and pains became scarce, to the point where she was no longer in pain or coughing.

"And that woman after she no longer felt ill, went to the doctor one last time, and she was perfectly healthy." Reborn continued, "Her wish had been granted. And she was able to live a normal life once again." Reborn finished.
The three teens were a bit shocked at hearing such a sad story. Of a woman suffering with an illness, and practically being near death.
But....
'It feels like he's leaving something out.' Tsuna thought to himself, 'Hopefully I'm wrong.'
