Ch. 4

Back in the dark place the master and on each of his sides were Karai and Chimera waiting for the shadow creatures to return with their price they wanted Chimera was smiling wickedly as she knew that her pets would not fail her or their master and bring them what they are looking for. "You seem excited Chimera why is that?" Karai asked making her roll her eyes,

"Do you not know you foolish child? I am excited because my pets will bring what Master Shredder wants and I believe they will bring his price to him I have full trust in my beauties knowing they will not fail me...but if they are hurt by that turtle and that the girl got away I will make him pay for hurting my babies." She said with a sneer her eyes going dark for a moment and turn back to their eye colour.

Karai grinned a bit knowing that her shadow beasts will fail if not then she will never hear the end of it. Just then the door open and four guards came in to the room which made Chimera's eyes widen in terrifying horror in what she saw in front of her. Her creatures were badly injured, "MY BABIES!!!" She cried out and ran down the steps and towards them. The guards put down the injured creatures Chimera kneeled down in front of her beloved creatures and hugged both their heads and they whimpered which made her tears escape as she hugged them.

"Shh, shh it's alright my pretties I'm here, mommy's here." She soothe them kissing the top of there heads and they purred a bit to her which made her smile a bit but then frown in pure anger. She carefully put down their heads and went to one of their wounds and started to smell it. She smelled the scent of metal on it her eyes widen and started to growl like a lion that didn't want to share its meal.

She moved to her pets head frowning but not at them she grabbed the first once head and made it look up, "Did that turtle do this to you and your sibling, my beauty?" She asked stroking its head the beast shook its head slowly and then growl like it was communicating with her. Telling her what had happened and who did this to them then after that Chimera eyes widen and then she growled in anger not trying to grip her pet's head not wanting to hurt it more then it was now, she places her pet's head carefully on the ground and stood up with her head down they looked at her and saw that she was angry.

"Take my pets to the medical room to be taken care of...and if I hear that one of you hurt them any further then they are now then one of you will be their dinner tonight understand!" She said and yelled out the last word which made the guards nod at her and shivered. "NOW GO THEN!!!" She yelled at them which made them carefully picked up them up and took them away to be taken care of Chimera still had her head down, she turned around and walked back to her master's side.

"I take it your pets have failed to retrieve the girl then...I knew that they would have failed to capture her...since Leonardo was the one who injured them-" but Karai was cut off by her, "It was not that pathetic turtle that hurt my pets..." She said lifting her head up and looked at her with pitch black eyes, tears were running down her face and her voice darkened with anger. "It was that half mutant brat that was able to figure out their weakness and attacked them...I will make her pay for this!" She nearly yelled at this her eyes went back to normal as she was trying to calm down.

The master leaned back against his throne frowning at this unpleasant news, "So, that girl had helped Leonardo from getting killed this is not good at all." He turned to Chimera who was growling with an angry frown on her face as she was angry that her pets were attacked and defeated by the half mutant girl. "It seems the girl has gotten pretty smart in figuring out about this." He said getting up and standing in front of Chimera.

He lifted her head and was met with a frowned face, "I will not punish your pets for this, Chimera I will make sure that the half mutant will pay for this...but not in killing her she will apologies to you for attacking your pets...but the person you should blame is that turtle who had made her hurt your pets." He said letting go of chin and then walked down the steps leaving the two women confuse then clicked in what he said and then they saw him disappear as the doors close behind him and he only smirked when he left the two women confuse when he finished speaking.
