SET OF EYES; Mattia Polibio

~Part 8~

Gabriellas POV

School just ended and I quickly packed up my things and made it to Mr Davis's room to pick up the materials for the science project. There was still a lot of people in the hallway, so I was worried I couldn't find Mattia.

Lucky I spotted him exciting the school. He had his hood up with airpods in. "Boo!" I tried to scare him but he just gave me a look. He unlocked the car without saying anything.

The whole car ride was awkward, he didn't talk to me at all or look at me.

Why the fuck is he acting like this?

We finally arrived at his house and went upstairs to his room. It seemed like no one was home so he had the house all to himself.

"Okay so where do we begin" he finally talked. "Well I sketched out how it will look so we can try and recreate it? I asked. "Okay lets start then" he said.

"Noooo why is is like that!" I said while getting frustrated. Mattia was painting some objects that will go around that volcano while I tried to create a system that will spill out sometime of liquid.

"You did it wrong dummy"

He said trying to reassure me. He was now working on the system and tried to fix what I did wrong. 

"There it's all fixed"

He pressed a button and some liquid came pouring out the fake volcano. "Good job Einstein!" I said cheering and clapping for him sarcastically.

"I'm hungry, would you like to stay for a little bit more time?"

He asked. You know when someone offers me food, I'm of course gonna say yes so I did.

We finished up eating and I had to say bye. I'm glad me and Mattia worked on the project ..

Mattias POV

I wanted to ask her. What I meant to her. Are we friends? Or not. But I couldn't I was still frustrated about what happened at lunch. I decided to loosen up and talk to her.

We actually did a lot today, more than I expected. It was yet to be finished but were getting there.

She stayed for a little bit more time for some food but eventually had to leave.

I'm currently in bed and couldn't stop thinking about her, her presence ether makes me feel like the happiest person in the world or the most angriest and most annoyed person in the world ...

"Do I like her?"

I AM SO SORRY FOR NOT POSTING HESTERDAY, AS YOU GUYS MAY KNOW IT WAS HALLOWEEN YESTERDAY AND I WENT TO A PARTY, I didn't wanna pull out my phone and start writing a fan fic about a tik toker, so I'm sincerely sorry. You'll catch me saying sorry a lot if I don't post. Also this was a short chapter I was about to fall asleep and thought of this. Ummmm i don't know what else to say. OH WAIT, also um I like writing this and I know how to continue in but I'm second guessing if I should change it up a little.
