Chapter 1: the processinsing

Lorry's POV:
I woke up with something in my eye as i try to rub it off i see my window as i open my curtains a beautiful scene greeted me. Man! Im almost late better hurry.
Mom: lorry come down from your room or you'll be late...again.
Lorry: yes mom!
As i rush my self taking a bath brushing my teeth and picking my clothes i was done under 15 minutes.
Lorry: Mom im here
Mom: breakfast ready
As i sit down on the table i see a happy smile shaped pancaked with honey and butter, in that moment i just knew that this day is going to be good to me.
Beep beep (BUS)
I heard the the bus outside i was rushing to go out until finally i got it. I sat on a chair near the window and out my earphones and listened some acoustic music that is very calming. I reached the school on time as i got off the bus my friends adellaine,girelle, dianne greeted me as i walk to them they came rushing to talk to me.
Friends:LORRY!!
Lorry:....
Girelle: did you know theirs an exchange program where you can go to US for free!
Dianne: yah.. And all you have to do is take some exam and if you pass you'll be in
Lorry: WOW! Thats great news are you guys going to participate in this.
Adellaine: NO
Dianne: No
Girelle: no, we were hopping that you will join
Lorry: what! Your letting be join in this exchange program without you guys
Girelle: fine, ill join to
Lorry:yay!
As girelle and i submit our application in this program i were called to take an exam. As we take it, it was a peace of cake such easy question. Then the hard part come when passed we had to be interviewed and took another exam it took 5 months to finish all the requirements. Then i received an email from the program that i got in i was happy. And u was even happier when i found out that my friend girelle got in to. All that hard work paid off. As we graduated high school both of us were so exited on taking this trip together.
Girelle: OMG! Lory could you believe this we are going to US
Lorry: I KNOW RIGHt.
Girelle: ok, so our first stop is in Washington DC We are going to stay there for about a week. So i made this where all the best tourist spot in Washington.
Lorry: wow you really thought this through
Girelle: well yeah i want this week to be unforgettable
Lorry: so after a week what happens
Girelle: well... We go our separate ways you go to the place where u were assigned ill go mine.
Lorry: i. Gonna miss you
Girelle:yeah me too
As the weeks go by our departure was here we were ready to see the world well.. US here we come. After a long flight we finally landed in DC it was so beautiful. We took a bunch of selfies learned a lot of things. I just realized that week was so fast it feels like 3 days well i guess everything has an end.
As i woke up getting ready to pack we were called down and we were being assigned to our designated places as the sheets of paper was passed down girelle got hers.
Lorry: hey gie, what you get
Girelle: Mississippi,you?
Lorry: haven't gotten it yet.
Then i turned my head and the professor gave me the paper as i look down and read it oh this seems to be peaceful place.
Girelle: oh look! My host families names Espinosa, you?
Lorry: well... Greensboro,north Carolina and host family are the griers.
Girelle: omg we finally got them, hey lets finish packing
Lorry: sure
As girelle and i finish packing i couldn't help but noticing that I've heard that name before the Griers... Oh well.. Im guessing they'll be a fun family. I finished my packing my clothes girelle and i were just waiting for the other students to come. As we wait i read the paper about my host family what i found out is they have 3 sons and 1 daughter, wow they must be a huge family.
Professor: ok guys lets go we don't want to be late.
As we all rush outside at the time the professor is handing out our tickets. I guess we are flying alone.
Finally we arrived at the airport we checked in but all our flights are different so we had time to bond for 45 minutes some were 20 minutes but we did all we can. As i go to my designated place the plane finally arrived i guess this it north caroline here i come griers be gentle.
After ours of ride in the plane i finally landed i didn't know what to so just followed this woman who had kids we went to the baggage area but all my bags aren't still there the woman got out first luckily i saw were she went. As i got all my bags i just went were that woman went out and it the exit finally. But then i realize i dont know what the griers look like ,i looked like fool standing there then from a far i see something welcome Lorry Jane wow i guess this are the Griers so i came rushing to them and greeted them with joy.
Lorry: Hi! Nice to finally meet you my name is Lorry.
Dad: hi my name is chad this is my wife elizabeth, my sons hayes and will and my daughter skylynn
Lorry : hi nice to meet you all. But in your resume you said you had 3 sons where the other one
Elizabeth: oh his in California
Lorry: he studies there
Elizabeth: no, goofing off
Lorry: oh.. Lorry pov( odd why is he in California)
Elizabeth: boys, help her with her bags
As the boys helped my with my bag and we got in the car.
Lorry: hi, Will right, whats the name of your other brother
Will: oh his name is nash, Nash Gries
He looked at me like a weirdo as he emphasizes his brothers name. Nash Grier that an interesting name.
