Fall was finally here.
I trudged over to a park bench while clutching my favorite book in my hand. I look around and the leaves are starting to change and there is a pleasing crispy leaf scent in the air.
I sat down on the bench and began reading.
After about 45 minutes my legs started to get stiff so I stuck them out in front of me. I soon realized that wasn't the best idea. "Oomf." I heard someone huff as they hit the ground in front of me.

I got up quickly and helped the poor boy up. He stood up straight and dusted his shirt off and looked down at me.
Then it hit me like a ton of rocks, this boy was extremely attractive and I just tripped him.
Youre such an idiot.
They boy had chocolate brown curls and kind green eyes.
His face is round up close and he has a big nose.
It's literally the cutest nose ever.
"I'm so sorry...erm-"
"Harry." his low voice says.
"Harry." I whisper
He smiles down at me.
"it's fine .... erm-"
"y/n." I say.
"y/n." he whispers.
3 years later
"Babe?" Harry calls.
I smile at that petname he gave me.
"Yes Harry?" I call back.
"I need help carrying the snacks."
I smirk and head into the kitchen to help him.
When I enter the kitchen there he is standing there trying to hold 3 chip bags and 5 packs of cookies.
"Aww baby, you need help?" I say in a baby voice.
Harry pulls out his lip.
"Yes pwease." he imitates.
I smile and grab some of the food from him and kiss his cheek.
"I love you." I whisper in his ear.
Harry looks down at me and smiles.
"I love you more baby."
We sit down to watch a movie but we both know we won't get through the movie.
30 minutes later my prediction was correct.
"HARRRRY STAHPP!" I screamed as his fingers dug into my sides and twirled around.
"I'll only stop if you let me tell you some knock knock jokes." He laughs.
"AGHHHH FINE!" I scream as he started to tickle harder.
He smiles and pulls me up into his lap. I smile and wrap my arms around his neck.
"Knock Knock." He says.
Who's there?"
"Little old lady."
"Little old lady who?"
"I didn't know you could yoddle." he finishes and smirks down at me.
I smile at his cuteness and bury my face in his neck.
'Knock Knock." he says this time more softly.
"Whose there?"
"Hula." he says even more softly.
"Hula who?"
I can feel his breath on my neck.
I feel his lips press to my neck.
"P" he pops on my neck and I giggle.
He pulls my head out of his neck and he looks into my eyes.
"Knock knock." He whispers while pressing a kiss to my chin.
"Whose there?" I whisper back breathlessly
"Mary." He whispers pressing a kiss just below my ear.
I was confused Harry has never told this joke before.
"Mary who?" I whisper.
I can feel Harry's breath on my ear as he inhales and exhales.
"Marry me y/n."
Wait what?
That wasn't a joke.
I pull back and look into Harry's eyes, but something sparkly captures my attention.
Harry is holding a ring right out in front of me.
I feel tears welling up in my eyes as I nod rapidly.
"Yes Harry, yes of couse!" I almost sob
I hold out my hand and he places it on my ring finger.
He very delicately kisses my ring finger and then leans in to kiss me.
I kiss him back putting all my feelings into this kiss.
And I realized that putting your feet out and tripping someone in a park isn't that bad afterall.
