Chapter 4

The car ride to Dumpy's was rather nice. My first time driving around town with all the great views and matt filling me in on some great stories.

"We're here" matt said as we got out of the car. All I could see were mattresses all over the place. Mine and matts eyes lit up like little kids on Christmas. We both proceeded into the store getting a feel of each mattress possible, a worker then came up to ask us if we needed any help. Matt quickly told her no. So we continued walking through the isles looking at beds and furniture. Matt then turned to me and said.

"This is the right way to test for the right mattress." He winked at me and proceeded to jump onto the bed. He flopped around like a fish on dry land and said

"Nah" he then got up and did a front flip onto the other.
I then scolded at him while laughing hysterically

"Matt we're going to get kicked out, stop!"

"Oh please Emily live a little, these people don't care" he replied while jumping up and down on the bed like a monkey.
From then on I couldn't control my laughter.

"Come on join me, it's the only way you'll find the right bed" he said with a smirk on his face.

"Oh what the heck" I said while trowing my coat and bag on the floor. I then jumped on , moving from one bed to the next and in the process I tripped on one causing me to fall forward. Matt bursted into laughter causing him to echo down the long isle. I couldn't help my self either, I turned over on my back laughing uncontrollably. Matt came up to me trying to pick me up. I got up almost in tears. Their was then a sound that came over on the intercom say that they will be closing in 10 minutes. I then looked at matt with a straight face Saying:

"Matt we haven't found a bed yet and they're already closing."

"Well we could lend you our air mattress for the night and we'll come back tomorrow promise" he said wile putting out his pinky finger.

I gave him a look and said "fine" putting out my finger

"So now you have to buy me dinner" I said while smiling.

"It will be my pleasure" Matt said with a smile on his face. As we were walking to get my stuff from the floor all the lights turned off. Matt then looked at me and we both said at the same time"no"

We both then started running to the exit and when we got their the doors were locked shut with alarms codes.
I then said " what the hell are we suppose to do now?" Looking at matt while he had a cheeky smile on his face.

"Why are you smiling?" I then asked him

"We just got locked into a mattress store, why wouldn't I be smiling" he said starting to walk away.

"What do you mean, we have to , leave now!" I said

"No we're going to make camp" Matt then said while taking a feel of a few more mattresses.

"You've got to be kidding me, we'll get in so much trouble if we stay!"

"Hey it's not our fault we're in here right now" matt then turns and says to me.

"Yeah but still" I said not knowing what to say.

"I'm going to call the boys in the mean time lets make the best out of this opportunity. We're locked in a mattress store for crying out loud" matt then said.

"fine, but this is not the way I was expecting to spend my first night in LA. Being locked in a matters store." I whined.

"You just don't know how to have fun, you need to loosen up" matt walked up towards me placing his hands on the sides of my shoulder giving it a light squeeze. I looked into his eyes and and was lost in his hazel brown eyes. He was beautiful. I taught to myself why am I complaining I should be happy that I'm stuck in a store with Matt.
