My Innocence was made for him, made of everything he'd want to corrupt, everything he'd want to tarnish and destroy and taint.

She was made to bring him down, bring them all down.

So when the angels failed in their task to vanquish the demons, they made her instead.

The perfect weapon.

So pure and so beautiful and so innocent no demon could resist, cursed to forever craving what they cannot have.

𝑨 𝑵𝑶𝑻𝑬 𝑭𝑹𝑶𝑴 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑨𝑼𝑻𝑯𝑶𝑹

This story takes place in the Kuroshitsuji / Black Butler universe and follows the life of My Innocence, 'Innocentia', a weapon created by the angels to defeat all demons. The story takes place shortly after Madam Red's death and Sebastian's fight against Grell Sutcliff but before the funeral. This story will loosely follow both the manga and anime (let's ignore Black Butler II for the sake of our sanity) from there. Since this story follows both the manga and anime, beware of SPOILERS.

Neither the angels of heaven mentioned in this story are related in any way to the angels shown in the anime as those don't exist in this universe. This is a love story between my original characters Innocentia and Sebastian Michaelis although it will focus on other aspects as well.

I do not own Black Butler or any of its characters or storylines, those belong to Yana Toboso. I, however, own the main character of this story was well as her storyline and a bunch of other side characters.

Please do not plagiarize my work as it has taken me time and energy to write this.

Also, this was mainly inspired by the song Innocence by Nathan Wagner.
