At the border between the realm of the earth and the underworld, stood a single young man who looked no more than 18 years old with his pale complexion and dark hair. He was wearing a white shirt with two swords on his back and holding a necklace in his hand. His eyes were closed because of the burning sun that was illuminating the whole place.
"Yo!" A girl's voice suddenly sounded next to him. "How long will you have your eyes closed like a fool, Milord?" The same voice mockingly said.
"Piss off, those crazy parents of mine shouldn't have teleported me away so suddenly, the sun almost burnt my eyes!" said the young man angrily.
"Ha! It's because you almost slipped away from your duty and they had to take drastic measures!" The girl laughed without a thread of sympathy at the young man. "And be thankful they gave you those mighty swords too, milord".
"I told them I wanted a wand, as I prefer to use magic! And they gave me these swords just to piss me off!"
"Such a crybaby you are. You are just a beginner magician at best, and you know, if you don't open your eyes now, you'll never be able to see the huge bear that's running to us right at this moment."
"What!?" Surprised, the young man's eyes immediately opened. His eyes twitched a bit upon realizing he was tricked before being blinded again by the sudden amount of light entering his eyes.
"Fuck! Ugh, I'm going to make you pay, Peko!" the young man cursed while he slowly opened his eyes.
"Hahahahaha! Your face was hilarious! You can't even beat me in magic, how will you ever make me pay, oh my foolish lord Zenith?" laughed Peko arrogantly at Zenith.
"In time I will improve, just you wait!" Zenith shouted while looking at the girl in front of him. She had short brown hair and jade green eyes, as if she was the earth herself.
"Well, shall we start our journey to the human world?"
"Fine. Anyways, did you bring the map?"
"... I forgot about it."
"..."
"..."
"Then how the hell are we going to get there!?"
"Dunno, it wouldn't be an adventure without this much of trouble!"
"You are the trouble!"
"That's harsh, milord." Peko pouted with a supposedly sad look.
Zenith sighed. "Then wha-" Before he could finish his question, a sudden light appeared out of nowhere, cutting off what Zenith was going to say.
Then, a man emerged from that light.
"What is that?" said Peko in awe, looking at the man who just appeared out of nowhere.
"I think it's a human." said Zenith warily, his hands on his swords.
"Hey!" Peko shouted to the man, causing him to open his eyes and look towards their direction.
The man had pale white hair and sky-blue eyes. His expression brightened as he smiled excitedly at them and suddenly ran towards their direction.
"Wha-" Shocked by the man's sudden movements, Zenith couldn't react in time.
The man stopped in front of them as he exclaimed excitedly "Finally!" The man's eyes were now bright orange, and they flickered as though they were, flames on a candle.
And thus, they met.
