I watched as the building collapsed. My heart sunk. She can't be dead... she just can't be.. I could here the distant sounds of sirens coming. Please be alive.
Mark pov
I immediately called Taeyong to let him know what had happened. He's gonna kill us. He doesn't know he is, but we've all noticed the way he is slowly turning soft for Areum.
Calling Taeyong....
"Taeyong.." I said quietly, unsure of what I should say or how he was going to react.
"Yes Mark? How'd the mission go?"
"Umm well you see.. Umm.. I don't know how to put this..." I rubbed the back of neck, hands slightly shaking.
"What is it mark?"
"ATEEZ blew the building up." I blurted out quickly.
"Oh well that's okay, EXO will understand. Everyone is okay though, right?" He let out a small sigh. His voice was tight as he spoke the last question.
"Umm well not everyone..."
"Who is hurt?!" He asked frantically. I could hear the shakiness in his voice.
"The building blew up with Areum in it..."

Well I guess Taeyong is on his way now. I got out of the van and walked closer to the building so I could see. I got there in just enough time to see Paramedics carrying Areum to the ambulance on a stretcher. "oh my god..." I mumbled.
"Johnny, text Taeyong and tell him to go to the hospital. That's where Areum is going to be." I told him through the in-ear.
Third person pov
Taeyong rushed dangerously through the streets. The only thing on his mind was to get to Areum. He quickly parked at the hospital and ran into the check in area. "Wheres Areum?" He asked.
"Who?" The lady asked. "The one who was in the building that blew up." He said quickly. "Ah, are you related to her?" The lady asked, glancing up at the frantic boy. "Umm.. yes." He scratched the back of his head thinking, "Umm.. I'm her umm boyfriend..."
"Okay then, follow me." She made her way out from behind the counter, motioning him to follow. Taeyong followed the girl to the ICU. "She is currently in surgery. But this will be her room. You can wait here for her. But it could be a while."
"Thank you" He bowed, taking a seat outside the operating doors. It took them over 6 hours before Areum was brought to her room. Taeyong had fallen asleep outside of her room while waiting.
"Taeyong... wake up. They brought Areum to her room. She's out of surgery." A voice spoke, waking the peaceful boy up. "I'm awake, oh WinWin, when did you get here?" Taeyong asked. "Like 2 hours ago."
