||Alex P.O.V ||

Good morning!! Or should I say TERRIBLE morning, cause Luke didn't show up at my locker , I waited for him forever and was late for my first class for which I was sent to the principals office and then I had a TERRIBLE day and to top it off I waited for Luke at lunch but he was nowhere to be seen..

I finally came down to a conclusion that either he was kidnapped by Aliens or he is ignoring me..

I told him to pay more attention to Cindy, not IGNORE me!!

I waited for him at the gate and I saw him walking hand in hand with Cindy..and then he kissed her goodbye and he walked to the gate as he saw me he was about to turn away hastily .

"Don't you dare , Hemmings!" I snarled. He just turned around with a grin.

"Feisty are we?" He walked with me.

"Why the hell didn't you meet me at lunch??" I snapped.

"I was paying attention to Cindy" he smirked..that shit..

"I said pay more attention to Cindy, I didn't say ignore me! There is a vast difference" i rolled my eyes.

"Just wanted to see if me ignoring you, bothered you" he smirked.

"It doesn't bother me but it does annoy the shit out me" I snapped.

"Did you miss me??" He teased me.

"Oh you wish!!"

"Anyways, I'm sorry and yeah I need your help" he wrapped his hands around my shoulder.

"What?? " I asked looking up at him. Dude, he is TALL.

"It's Cindy's Birthday soon, I mean it's in two days and I want you to come help me pick a gift for her, and I have a song for her that I want to perform and it'll be a surprise down my garage...I can manage everything but I seriously need your help to pick her a gift" he said rubbing the back of his neck.

" okay...but I warn you I am NOT good at buying gifts and stuff" I cleared..cause I suck when it comes to shopping..like literally.

"It's fine, cause I'm even worst" he patted my shoulder and I just shrugged.

"You're terrible" Luke's voice echoed in the shop. Right now we were at a Jewelry shop and I was pointing at the weirdest looking earrings ,cause I just wanted to go home..shopping tires me out.

"I warned you! I hate shopping , just pick one and let's go" I whined .

"I thought that you'd have a good taste on jewelry since you're a girl, but you're hopeless" he laughed.

"I don't get the shit with jewelry!! I don't wear any!! Do you see me wearing any??? So how do you expect me to find the perfect earring for her!??!Jewelry are just waste of money" I huffed.

"What's the deal with you?? I've never seen you with any piece of jewelry?? You're an lame excuse of a girl" He scanned his eyes around the shop.

"I don't know!! I don't own many, and I don't buy them and by far no one has bought be one and I don't bother" I just shrugged and walked around looking for a nice pair of earring when I came across one of the prettiest earrings I have ever seen, though I haven't seen many earring, but still it was pretty. It was like a drop silver earring with little diamonds encrusted..it was just PRETTY.

"LUKEEEE" I pointed at the earring and he came grinning.

"Perfect" he smiled and patted my head "you did great!"

" well I tried!" I grinned wide, it felt like I just completed a million dollar quest.

"Can we take a look at this earring?" Luke asked the lady in the shop and she handed us the earring and it was really beautiful.

"Candy..I mean Cindy is going to love this!!" I looked at the earring in awe.

"How much?" I asked or almost whispered at Luke . He looked at the price tag and I got a heart attack..it said $500

A FUCKING FIVE HUNDRED DOLLAR!!

He pulled out his wallet and saw that he had $300!and he looked at me and I knew what he was going to say next so I spoke.

"Yes!! I'm a great friend. So I will lend you $200!to make your lady happy" I smiled .

"Thanks, I'll pay you back " and he hugged me.

"You can pay me back when you can, no sweat!! Now go buy it for Cindy" I patted his shoulder and he skipped towards the front desk.

After it was finely pack we made our way back home.

"Cindy is going to love them, she's very lucky!" I said as I walked next to him.

"You'll find Mr.Right too, don't worry"

"Oh no, I don't need Mr.Right, I'm all fine by myself" I laughed and he laughed along.

"Okay I gotta go!! Meet you at your garage for Cindy's birthday Bash" I waved as I made my way home.

"Kay, and thanks!! I owe you one" he waved back.

And I walked towards my home...I don't know why but I was feeling really weird!! I mean part of me was happy for Luke but part of me was angry that he spent so much on a girl he just met..it made me feel mad that he bought Cindy such an expensive earring!! Was this jealousy?? Nah, it can't be!

[A/N : I'm sorry this chapter is a bit short!! And Luke and Cindy!! Hmmmm

And Luke got it bad for Cindy!! Poor Alex!!
