Spring 1993- The bus came. The 11 year old girl walked under the light pink cherry blossoms as she approached the bus stop. The wind blew, as the flower petals drifted through the air. She saw him. The guy she had seen for years that she admired. Whenever she saw his face, she blushed and turned away. As the bus drove up, her and the boy where the last to get on. There was one seat left. As the girl sat down, the boy followed and sat next to her. He looked over in her direction and smiled, then started laughing. She looked over and smiled back, soon to find out, the boy was looking through the window at his friends walking to school. The girl dismissed it and turned away. Her one friend at school was much more popular and talkative and everyone liked her. They talked every once in a while but it didint seem like a real friendship.
Summer 1999- "School Dance" the sign read as the now 17 year old girl walked past in the long high school hallway. She saw "Him"walk past and immediately thought about going with him to the dance . she gained up the confidence to walk up to him but as soon as she looked him in the eye another girl yelled from across the room "Do you want to go to the dance with me!!!??" "sure!" he replied. She was angry but when she saw who the person was asking him, she was even angrier. It was her friend. How could she do this? she knew that she liked him. When the friend walked past she smiled and linked arms with him walking away.
Winter 2009- The 27 year old girl cried in her room after she got fired from her first job. All she could think about was the boy that she loved, but didint love her back. He was now going to college and got engaged with her used to be friend.
Spring 2017- The 35 year old girl was lying in bed extremely sick. She lived alone in a big house in the same neighborhood as the man of her dreams, who now was married with a small child. her tears from loneliness flooded her bed and she coughed over and over into her pillow all night long.
Winter 2026- The now 44 year old girl got sick again, but this time was now seriously extreme. her nose bled as she looked out the window at the man sitting on his porch with his wife. She had never talked to him but that never changed a thing for her. She had no more tears left to cry and her throat was closing.
Winter 2026- the still 44 year old woman sitting still on her chair not breathing. Her now gone spirit was forgotten due to heart disease. Everything was silent, the whole world even the boy who she loved with all her heart, didint notice she was gone.
