Part 38: Kidnapped

Jacks pov

They're gone. Every single one of them are gone. The only people that stayed were the ones who defied King Daniel.

I managed to warm everyone up and calm Skyler down. Well a little.

"Hey are u okay?" I said softly. She was currently lying against a tree. The others were gathering supplies that the guards brought with them.

We haven't eaten in a while so....

She gave me a half smile.
"I'll be fine when I have his head" she whispered lowly. I smirked a bit and she looked at me confused.

"You're so sexy when you're evil and stuff" I whispered in her ear. She shivered and a faint blush formed on her cheeks as she looked away.

I got up and pulled her up with me. Then we hid behind the tree. Not that we were close to the others but if they looked far enough they would see what I wanted to do.

I slammed her against the tree not too hard though and she gasped. Taking that advantage I slammed my lips onto hers and devoured her hungrily.

She responded quickly and wrapped her arms around my neck. Grabbing her waist I pulled her closer to me if it was even possible and trailed kisses down her neck enjoying the sweet innocent sounds coming from her lips.

I forgot where we were at the time and took her t-shirt off throwing it on the ground. I wrapped her legs around me and continued attacking her neck.

"Jack" she murmed. "Mmmm" I wasn't even paying attention. "Someone's going to find us" she said breathing heavily. "Then let's give them a show princess" I told her

She thought otherwise though. Taking her legs off me she reached for her t-shirt and put it on.

She chuckled at the pout I had on my face.

"Let's go" she urged and I reluctantly nodded. Going back to reality we went to eat knowing we had to hurry up on this trip.

Skyler's pov

"So how was it huh?" Brady kept asking for the hundredth time. Turns out him and Mike were close when Jack and I had out make-out session earlier.

I blushed just thinking about it.
"SHUT UP!" Jack finally snapped. Although Mike and Brady just snickered.

I got to talk to Alexander my vampire friend and his son Bryson.

They apologised over and over again. Saying that they should have tried harder but I convinced them that it wasn't their fault at all.

There were three other guys with us.

David apart from Alexander is the oldest. He is 21 years old.

Ryce the youngest and a total goof ball I found out King Daniel told him to come with become he was good at riddles. Like he was a master at the age of 16.

Then comes Kaden he is 19 years old but he keeps mostly to himself and doesn't speak much.

They all swore to protect us with their lives which I wasn't really happy about but they insisted.

"What's the next stop Jack?"

"Uh.....wait" He starts searching his pocket for the paper. "Right its uh.... The dead sea"

"Shxt....I don't like the sound of that" Brady speaks.

"Me niether" I add.

Bryson and Ryce were walking in front of us talking animatedly well more like Ryce talking non stop and Bryson trying to calm his friend down.

Bryson was a year older than Ryce and apparently they've been friends since Ryce was born.

Fear suddenly flashes on their faces and they come to a halt. Knowing that we've reached the dead sea I'm filled with dread.

I'm hesitant to see what's there but because of the overwhelming urge to save my mother I push it away.

But what I see is not expected at all. There standing is none other than Queen Miranda.

She smiles once she sees me. Obviously she doesn't know that I know the truth.

I'm filled with anger when I see her face all I can think of is Jack burning her perfectly pale skin into nothing.

Suddenly the atmosphere becomes cold and the ground beneath me freezes. She notices this but she probably thinks that I'm worried or something as she is coming towards me.

"Hey hey hey...calm down honey I'm okay. I'm fine" she tries to reassure me. An idea pops up and I force myself to calm down.

I put on my best smile and hugged her like I would when I thought she was my mother.

The tears that I kept for Khione- my real mother come out. "I missed you so much" I cry into her.

She chuckles. "I'm here now my princess"

Pulling away we both face the crew. She is smiling at them and I'm giving them a warning not to ruin this.

They all seem to understand my plan and Jack smiles at Queen Miranda.

"Prince Jack" Miranda acknowledges. Jack gives her a curt nod. "And their minions" she says to Mike and Brady.

"Mom...c'mon" I tell her and she smiles and apologises. Calling her mom leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

"And ......who....who are they?" She asks but I catch the recognition that flashes by. I know she knows these people for they are part of the many people that she threw out of Krystel without second thought.

"Oh now you don't know us. Look Queen we're here only for your daughter. Not you. You've made it clear that you want no business with us so why start now" Alexander spat out.

I knew he had other family besides Bryson and he was working hard to come back to Krystel their home.

Queen Miranda fake smiled. "You know I do things for a reason Alexander" She said bitterly. Alexander snarled and so did his son. Funny since he was just scared a minute ago.

The tension was thick but Mike spoke up. "How did u get here?" Mike asked. I almost laughed at how he didn't say Your Majesty at the end.

Queen Miranda narrowed her eyes
"A witch" she answered but I didn't miss the quick look she gave to Alexander.

Bryson's jaw clenched and he stepped forward but was quickly held back by his father who shaked his head no.

Queen Miranda cleared her throat.

"We should get going. I came to help you. I don't want anything to happen to my only daughter" she said smiling at me as if I was her real daughter.

I smiled at her. Hugging her for extra effect. "I missed you" I whispered. But my heart knew that these words were for the woman King Daniel took away from me.

And as we continued our journey to the dead sea. All I could think of was what King Daniel had done to my mother.

I swear if she's hurt in any way. I will freeze that fxcker tell Jack to unfreeze him just to freeze him again.

Right now I'm out for blood. I just found my mom there's no way in hell I'm letting anyone harm her.

They'll have to go through me. The future Queen of Krystel. King Daniel kidnapped my mother and he will pay for that.

I'm not as weak as he thinks.

Hey ya'll sorry for not updating in a while. My end year exams have been a killer.

But I'm not writing tomorrow so I decided to update.
