Phil woke up with a jolt he was sweating violently he looked over at the clock and checked the time it read 2:56am phil sighed and sat up he thought back to the nightmare he had and tried not to cry he went downstairs and saw dan awake watching tv

"Phil? Is that you?" Dan asked confused as to why his best friend was awake at almost 3am "yeah, its me just getting a drink" he lied which was a bad idea as dan knew when phil was lying "no your not what's really the matter?" Phil sighed and walked over "i had a nightmare and i can't get back to sleep.." phil said and hugged his knees

Dan looked at his best friend and sighed "do you want to cuddle? maybe that will help" Dan asked softly phil nodded and sat in between dan's legs until they both fell asleep
