Beating is all i hear. I can hear a heart beating fast. I look down and see my dad on the floor not moving. I feel the metal pressed against my skin. I look to my left and see my brother pushed to the ground and a gun presses to his head. i don't what is going on. The beating starts faster. I hear a click and thats when i realized that the beating was from me. I finally knew where the beating heart was coming from.
I heard another click and i heard my brothers voice.
"Help!!" I snap my eyes to him and thats when my body went into survival mode.
I really don't remember after that. The only thing i do remember is waking up in the hospital.
"Jamie? Jamie!" I snap my head to see where it came from and my eyes landed on a doctor.
"Jamie how are you feeling?" I looked at him confused but didn't answer.
"Jamie, can you hear me? " I nodded and looked away
"Jamie what do you remember? He walked closer to me.
I don't know why i flinched from him but i did and it didn't go unnoticed.
"Jamie I'm not going to hurt you. I'm doctor Robert. " i nodded and looked away. i tried to move but my body hurt. I whimpered and looked down at myself.
"Its alright you are healing. you will be out of here in a week. i will get some pain medicine."
I watched him walk out. I sighed and looked into the window. I feel my eyes start to close. I hear the door open but I don't move. I hear things moving around. I hear the scraping of a chair moving and next thing i know I'm out.
