Chapter 4

Present Time.

Chaeyoung POV
As I was looking at the window, I remember the conversation I had with my dad 3 years ago, I'm 3 years away into living a corporate life. I don't love it but also not hate it. I know I can't keep running and neglecting my responsibilities at my dad's company, It's too precious for him. I was lucky enough to have at least some freedom. I sighed as thought of it..."Let's live the most out of the last 3 years, Chaeyoung" I said to myself. Its not like I'm dying but this kind of opportunity is once in a lifetime.

I can't help to keep glancing on Sharon, her smile is so captivating. I still don't have a plan on how to approach her.

Ding!
"Thank you for flying with us, Kindly check all your bags and valuable items before offloading and please be seated and put your seatbelts on, We'll be landing to Bangkok,Thailand in a few minutes."

That was the pilot. That 5 hours is so short, I haven't even made a plan.

I waited patiently at a coffeshop for the crew to offload. I saw her with another girl walking towards the coffee shop I was in, they seated a little further away from me and starts talking, I notice the other girl accidentally spilled her coffee on Sharon and as the other girl rushed to the counter to get paper napkin I took the opportunity to approach her.

"Here" I hand her my handkerchieff

"Thank you, my friend is so clumsy" she said still not looking at me but she took my handkerchief, that's okay I guess. She kept on wiping and using my handkerchief.

"Thank you again, I'll pay for the handker...chief--" She said looking up and now we're looking eye-to-eye

"Don't bother, its nothing compared to your ruined uniform, you need a pretty good laundry shop to get that fix" I said to start a conversation.

"This... its nothing ,we get new set of uniform every month."

"oohh... well that's convenient. I guess that friend of yours can spill coffee on you every month then"

"oh she'll find a way"

"I'm Chaeyoung by the way, I was one of your passengers earlier" I reached out my hand hoping she'll took it.

"Sharon, I know. I remember you. The last minute passenger." She just look at my hand.

Then her friend came back with a bunch of paper napkin on her hands.

"Here's your paper napkin... oh who's this guy?"

"He's the guy that helped me fix what you did to my uniform - again."

"hehe... Thank you for your kindness" Said the girl while bowing to me.

"That's nothing, glad I could help... Though I do accept payments"

"hah, I thought you don't want to get paid. How much for the handkerchief?" she sound so irritated.

"Nah, I don't ride like that. I was thinking maybe a lunch?"

"You're a sneaky little one aren't you" Said her friend

"Nah, I just like having a company, It's lonely to eat alone. Don't worry my treat"

"What do you say, Sharon?"

"I think... the others are looking for us" She pointed at the other crew members calling them.

"ohh. That's tough luck,We need to get going."

"I guess it is...  but can I at least get your number?"

She look at me with her eyebrows up and smirk

"If we meet again. I'll give it to you together with that lunch"

I smiled, and chuckle in disbelief. She really is something.

"Okay, that's a deal. Just so you know I take deals very seriously so you better keep yours too."

"hmm. okay"

She was walking away when I suddenly remember something.

I run and shouted
"Hey! What's do you want to eat when we meet next time?"

"Surprise me!" she shouted back

"She likes japanese food!" her friend shouted back

"SANA!" I guess that's her friend's name.

"THANK YOU,SANA! SEE YOU SOON, SHARON!" I shouted back.

I saw Sana, waving goodbye at me.
