Darren finally lets Calum out of the cage. "Thanks for letting me out, it's so stuffy in there, you know" he tells Darren. "No problem, I actually let you out since I have something planned that doesn't involve you being in that thing" he replies to him. "Why can't you just hurt somebody else?" He questions him. "I chose you for a reason" he answers him. "What reason?" He asks him. "I'll prefer to not disclose that" he replies to him.

"So, any plans on how we're gonna get Calum's consciousness back from Darren?" Ashton asks them for suggestions. "We could pay him a visit" Daphne suggests. "What are we gonna do about his body? We can't just leave him here" Michael questions them. "We could take him to my house; but he wouldn't like that" she answers him. "Why not?" Luke asks curiously. "He thinks it's like his personal hell, a lot of terrible things happened to him there" she replies to him. "Can't we get him back to his house?" Ashton replies to her. "Yeah, but are we really gonna carry him all the way back there" she replies back. "Yeah, I think he deserves to be comfortable" Ashton responds. They then take him back to his house.

As soon as Calum's out of the cage, Darren roughly grabs him by the wrists. He grabs his wrists so tightly that bruises begin to appear. "Ouch!" He mutters. He then drags him and seats him on a chair in his living room. He then grabs his wrist again and takes out his pocket knife and scrapes a letter "D" on it. "Ow! Can you please cut down on the hurting me? No pun intended" he requests him. "Sorry, but I won't listen to you" he replies. He then begins to turn into his vampire form.

Cade goes to Daphne's house. He knocks on her door. He doesn't get a response from her. He decides to see Valley instead. He texts asking her if she can meet with him. She texts back telling him to meet her at the nightclub. He then makes his way there. He reaches soon enough. He goes to the bar. "Hey Val" he greets her. "Hi Cade" she greets back. "I've got some good news and some bad news, but Daphne isn't in her house so she's probably busy, I wanna tell you both the news at the same time, let's arrange a meet up" he tells her. "Sure, I don't mind waiting to hear the news" she replies to him. "That's great, I'll see you later" he replies back to her. "See you" she responds. He then leaves the nightclub.

Darren goes closer and closer to Calum's neck. "Stay away" he tells him. "I'm not going to listen to you Calum" he replies to him. "Fine then drain me of my blood" he replies back. "You know I won't do that" he responds to him. "No, I don't, once upon a time you forgot I was still human and accidentally made my headache too much for me to handle and made me pass out" he responds back. He ignores him and sinks his fangs into his neck. He tries pushing him off; but realises that it's no use; he'll only end up getting himself more hurt. "Ouch! Can you at least give me a break from torturing me?" He questions. He just ignores him and continues drinking his blood making him feel weaker and weaker. He then falls unconscious again and he immediately stops drinking his blood.

"Why has he got a vampire bite on his neck?" Michael asks gesturing to Calum's neck as they lay his body on his bed. "Darren fed on him" Daphne replies. "But his body isn't even near him, how is it that he has bite marks on his neck?" Luke questions her. "It's because Darren has his consciousness with him and whatever happens to him in Darren's mind happens to his body out of his mind too" she answers him. "Thanks for clearing that up I've wanted to know about that since he scraped 'Darren's puppy' on his arm" he replies to her. "It's no problem" she replies back.

Calum gains back his consciousness again in Darren's mind. "How much longer are you gonna keep me here?" He questions him. "Until I get bored of you" he answers him. "When exactly is that gonna be?" He asks him. "I'm not sure, you're just gonna have to wait to find out" he replies to him. "Can you send my consciousness back to my body now?" He asks him. "Nope, the fun's just getting started" he replies to him. "I don't like the sound of that" he replies back.

Daphne heals the vampire bite on Calum's neck. "Don't you think you should have waited until his consciousness is back in his body to do that?" Michael tells her. "I don't see a problem in healing the bite straight away" she replies. "Wouldn't that make Darren know that we have Calum's body?" He points out. "So, what's the problem?" She asks. "We gotta keep this discreet so he doesn't get annoyed and push the pain he inflicts on Calum to the limit" he replies. "I agree with Mike" Luke replies. "Me too, he has a point" Ashton responds. "Well, it's too late, what's done is done" she responds back to them.

I did that on purpose. I know about what Michael pointed out. It just makes the game more fun. And that's what we need right now Daphne thinks to herself.

"Did you somehow heal the vampire bite?" Calum questions Darren. He looks down on his neck. "Nope, I didn't but I know who did" he replies to him. "Daphne? But how?" He questions him. "Yep you guessed right, she's in possession of your body that's how" he answers him.

Daphne is raising the stakes. This just makes everything a lot more interesting. It's my chance to test the strength and extent of her witchy magic. This will be so much more fun than I expected Darren thinks to himself.

"I'm worried about Calum" Ashton tells them. "Relax he'll be fine, it's not like he hasn't survived all those times Darren and Cade were messing with his consciousness" Daphne replies. "How do you know that?" Luke asks her. "I'll make sure he's safe" she replies. "I don't trust you" Michael replies back to her. "You don't need to, but believe me I hate seeing Calum hurt as much as you do" she half-lies as a response.

Darren then takes out one of the many knifes he has with him. "Please don't hurt me with that" Calum pleads with him gesturing to the knife. "Sorry, but I'll do whatever I want" he replies to him. He then takes the knife and stabs Calum in the chest. "Ouch!" He screams in pain. He is starting to lose a lot of blood.

"Oh no! He hurt him again" Ashton tells them gesturing to the stab marks on Calum's body. Daphne then uses her magic and heals the wound. "He'll be okay Darren won't kill him" she tells them. "And you're sure about this?" Michael replies distrust visable in his voice. "Yes, he wants to keep him human for as long as he can" she replies. "How do you know that?" He asks the distrust still in his voice. "I've known Darren for a very long time" she replies. "Okay, but people can change their opinion on things" he replies. "He won't kill him yet since he's not done playing with him!" She replies back a bit frustrated with him.

"Looks like my witchy frenemy healed you again" Darren tells Calum. "Yep she did" he replies. "Well then she's just gonna have to do it all over again" he replies back as he picks the knife up again. "No don't!" he yells as he tries to restrict him from stabbing him, by shoving him away from him. "It's not that easy to shove me away from you" he replies as he slits his throat with the knife this time.

"Oh no! He's making the attacks more fatal!" Luke yells worriedly. "He'll turn him if he dies but I'll heal him anyways" she replies. She heals him again but this time it takes longer than last time she did it. "And you think it's okay if he kills him and turns him into a vampire?" Michael questions her. "I'm not saying it's okay. It's still horrible but I can make him human again, if he turns" she replies to him. "Yeah sure" he replies in a doubtful tone.

"And she's done it again" Darren tells Calum. "I don't like this game, when are you gonna get fed up of it?" Calum tells him and asks him a question. "Not yet, I'll send your consciousness back to your body once I do. So you'll know when I'm fed up of the game" he answers him. "I hope you get fed up of it sooner rather than later" he replies.

I'm so done with whatever game he's playing with Daphne and I. To me it's like a game of tug of war and I just happen to be the rope. By that I mean Darren's side of the rope is hurting me, while Daphne's side of the rope is healing me, and they're trying to see what sticks me being hurt or me being healed. Yeah it sucks. Personally I'd prefer if Daphne wins the game this time. Although I'd rather win but the rope hardly ever wins tug of war Calum thinks to himself.
