It was a Silicate Vibranium Gun . Vibranium , was a rare mineral that can only be found at Point Buoyancy . It took 1 decade to study and make tests of it .

Agents , police heads , generals are gathered here . The President just went out of the room with the professor .

Prof. Larkin have been introduced and called up . The professor brought a case , putting it down on the stage .

He give some speech , then after a one or two minutes he opened his chest . As he brought out the new tech , people are amazed and now gossiped .
" This is my new tech . Silicate Vibranium Gun or SVG . This would help our workers to make their tasks at ease . This is a Tesla Tech . Using plasma and nullify the object to be a target , even diamonds and vibranium . "
I wasn't focus at what he says , I did focused on something blinking at the side 9 o'clock . It made a strange feeling so I did called up the PST to scan the area .

Prof's tech versus him was a tough fight . PST , PAT , AT responded , evacuating people . About 50 from each team deployed and killed adding up more casualty .
I saw a guy , bringing a high caliber gun and a tech , and shot the other guards .
