There once was a plague
upon the land
The grass died and
the trees vanished
The sun grew hotter
every day
The plague was Man.
Who in his infinite cruelty,
devoured all before him.
"For the sake of Progress!"
He cried
Yes, the Earth dies
The Animals perish.
