Part 5; Our Date

So today is the day! I had decided to wear flats, skinny jeans and a cardigan with a tee shirt. I had walked out of my apartment and Andrew was standing in the hallway, waiting for me.

"You look nice." he said.

Some of the things he said made me get butterflies in my stomach, and that was one of those things.

"Thank you!" i replied.

"So, which theatre are we going to?" he asked.

"I was thinking the amc theater since it has the reclining seats!" I replied anxiously.

I was super excited, but I didn't know why. I mean, it's just a date, right?

We got in the car and drove to the nearest amc theater. We had gotten popcorn and some candy and took our seats.

"I have to warn you, I'm probably going to jump."

He laughed and said, "It's okay, I might too."

I laughed more than I should've. I have to admit, he was a really funny, and gorgeous guy. When the movie started, I snuggled close to Andrew. I hope I wasn't rushing into things. I mean we've known each other for about 2 weeks, we live across the hall from each other, and we work in the same building, left alone the same boss.

I was right, I had jumped, but so had he. We were both pretty scared by the end of the movie. It was pretty creepy.

We went to an italian restaurant and got some dinner. It was nice. After dinner, we went to, you guessed it, dunkin donuts. I think this is 'our place'. We each got the usual, a donut and a cup of coffee and we went back to his house. I had ended up sleeping over and we made breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, I stayed home all day. I just texted Andrew while he was at work. While he was working and couldn't text, I wrote in my diary about the night befoer.

Dear Diary,

So the date was awesome! We went and saw the evil within, which was pretty creepy. Than, we went to an italian restaurant. For dessert, we went to dunkin donuts. From now on, I'm going to call it 'our place'. So we left our place and went to his apartment. We had watched another movie, and I ended up sleeping over. We made pancakes together in the morning, but he had to go to work, so I ended up texting him while he was on break. We are going to the 49ers game tomorrow, I'm so excited. Well, I'll let you know if anything jucy happens.
