Abigail's P.O.V.

"Ten minutes!" Kai yelled and Katie said, "this guy broke his own record, he's inhuman." It had been three days since Lloyd was captured and I was still upset about that but guess what? I can walk again! Yes, now I can show those snakes who's boss and get my brother back. For the last three days, Kai helped me train a lot more to become the light green ninja. Today, Julia came over to us and asked if we wanted to help Zane with beating his record of breathing underwater. We didn't have anything better to do, so we said yes.

Kai was timing Zane and Zane was down there for ten minutes; this guy can literally live underwater. After a few seconds after ten minutes, Zane came up for air and we started cheering for him. "We are not worthy of this!" Jay yelled as he was bowing and Zane asked, "I broke the record?" "You didn't break the record, you destroyed it!" Katie said excitedly as Zabrina helped Zane out of the water. "Okay, is anyone thinking what I'm thinking?" Julia asked and Jay said, "of course, we have been training for so long, I don't think we could get any better." Jay and Julia were right, they done nearly the impossible; Kai ran across hot stones, Jay did a hand stand on a metal bar on a skyscraper in a thunderstorm, and Cole could lift more pounds than anyone else. The boys were ready to be full fledge ninja while I still need training.

"The question should be raised," Zane said then asked, "perhaps we have reached our full potentials?" "I believe you four have," Katie said, "it'll only be a matter of time before you'll be able to unlock them." "But remember this," Julia said, "it could take a while, probably years." The guys nodded and Zabrina said, "before we jump to conclusions, lets ask Sensei Wu first." We all then walked over to Uncle Wu's room and the guys started talking about what they do to get to where they are today.

When we entered the room, Uncle Wu was holding something that looked like a sword but was in a red blanket thing. We must have interrupted his meditating so we all said, "we're sorry Sensei for barging in." "It's alright students," Uncle Wu said, "but I'm sorry if I have been distant from you all lately. My mind has been going elsewhere since Lloyd's disappearance." When Uncle Wu mentioned Lloyd, I started to get a little sad but Kai put his hand on my head and began to mess with it to help me feel better.

To be fair though, it kinda did and I started not to care when Kai did that. "What can I help you nine with?" Uncle Wu asked and Cole asked, "Sensei, what if we done enough training? What if we're ready to unlock our true potential?" "You four boys might have reached the peak of physical condition, but you have not reached your inner potential," Uncle Wu said, "in each and every one of us, there are obstacles that could hold us back. Only when you conquer your true fear, is when you unlocked your true potential." "Like what happened to us," Katie said, "when Abigail was in danger, I didn't want her to be hurt, so I would've willingly died to save her."

"When Jay fell off of Lloyd's treehouse, I was able to unlock my true potential by conquering my fear of losing," Julia said and Caroline said, "I was able to unlock my true potential by conquering my fear of giving up." "As for me," Zabrina said, "I conquered my fear of losing others, to unlock my true potential." "You four girls were able to conquer your greatest fear to unlock your true potential," Uncle Wu said, "you four girls are ready to defeat the Great Devourer if it ever comes into being."

"There's more to the Great Devourer, is there?" Zane asked and Uncle Wu said as he put the sword into the suitcase, "I too have obstacles within my heart, there's something I have never told you nine." Uncle Wu then explained what happened years ago about the Great Devourer; when he and my father were young, Uncle Wu lost his sword over the wall and my father wanted him to get it back. Due to him being afraid, Uncle Wu refused; but my father told him to never put off until tomorrow what can be done today, and went to get the sword back. The story didn't have a happy ending because when my father to get the sword, he was bit by the great devourer. For what Uncle Wu said, the snake was the reason that my father was evil.
