Promise Me

"Take this, bitch." Hound shot the small alien in the cage. (Y/N) grimiced. 'Gross. Looks like a face hugger.' They thought.

"Hound!"

(Y/N)'s eyes widened, it was that deep baritone voice they loved so much. Their heart fluttered with happiness. "He's alive!" Hound yelled. "Optimus! Sound off!" He called. "In here, quick!" Optimus responded, hanging upside down in the cage he was in. "Alright, we're coming for ya!" Hound replied and him and the others started searching for the cage that held their leader.

Once they found him and unlocked the door, (Y/N) ran in and held Optimus's helm. Optimus stared at the human. "You idiot! Don't ever do that again, you hear me?!" They yelled with tears streaming down their face. Optimus frowned and was about to respond but was cut off with (Y/N) deeply kissing him. His optics widened but when he started to relax, he closed them and kissed the human back.

1 minute passed when (Y/N) finally and reluctantly pulled away. Optimus opened his optics and tried to mentally calm his hammering spark. The human stroked his cheek to get his attention. He stared at them again. "I love you so much and I can't lose you. Promise me you'll be careful?" They said softly. "I promise, and I love you too." He said with a small smile. (Y/N) smiled back and planted a small kiss on one of his cheeks.

They then turned to the other bots, who were watching the moment outside the cage. "Alright guys, you can cut him down now!" The human yelled to them.

Drift ran in. "Sensei!" He exclaimed.
