Hannah's POV

Ugh i Hate highschool! it's the worst! me and my friends always get bullied, but most of the time our popular guy friends help us out and stop the bullies
theres eight of us in total. Me, kennedi, alex, amber, matthew, jack, aaron, and hayes.
we go to skyline highschool in Ann Arbor, and don't tell anybody but i have a HUGE crush on hayes. hes just so dreamy, ya know?
its funny, all us girls have a crush on one of the guys.
Kennedi likes jack, alex like matthew, and amber likes aaron, but she already has a boyfriend. his name is ethan but i dont think they'll be lasting much longer tbh.
We're sophmores, just by the way.
today is friday so were all hanging out at ambers house. she lives in a mansion.
"Hayes, come here i have a video to show you!" i yelled over to him, interrupting his video game with the other boys.
"In a second, im a little busy right now." He responded.
"Now, please!"
"Ugh fine" he paused the game, annoying the other three boys. I know he would do anything for me :)
he came over and sat super close to me, leaning in to look at my phone. I don't even remember what video i had pulled up, so i just start playing whatever it was, and he became incited with it.
I looked up at him while he was watching it. god he is just so hot. i looked over at kennedi and she was watching us. she raised her eyebrows in a suggestive way and i giggled.
"whats so funny?" hayes asked
"oh haha" i blushed. "nothing. just the video haha"
"oh yeah." he said, scooting a little bit closer to me. I blushed even more. I looked over at alex and she was sitting and talking to matthew, and amber was on her phone- probably texting ethan. Aaron was playing on the tv and kennedi and jack were talking.
those two are already kind of a thing, but we dont talk about it alot yet.
"Hey, do you wanna go upstairs and get a drink with me?" hayes whispered in my ear, making me get goosebumps.
i looked over at him. his face was very close to mine.
"yeah....sounds good with me haha" we got up and started to walk to the stairs.
"where are you guys going?" kennedi asked
"just to get drinks" hayes responded very fast
"Oh. Grab me a water, will ya?"
"im not your maid" he snapped
"dang okay then ill just get my own." she started to get up before hayes snapped "NO"
she shot back down.
"i'll get you one. just stay here" he blurted out.
"uh, okay." she gave a confused look but then went on her phone, while me and hayes continued up the stairs.
We walked into the kitchen and i walked over to the fridge, opening it and looking in.
i closed it and turned to talk to him
"so theres coke and sprite and the-" i got cut off by shock with how close he was standing to me. i took a step back while he stepped closer, pushing me up on the fridge.
"hey. i really like you.....like alot..." he whispered, blushing
"oh haha. i..i really like you back" i looked into his eyes
"oh...thats sweet..i mean like, thats really cool thank you haha"
"yeah haha" i looked up at him. i started to say something else but before i could, he leaned down and kissed me. i was shocked for a second but then i started to kiss him back.
we stood there for about five minutes, but it felt like 5 hours of bliss.
all of the sudden we heard a cough, and we shot apart.
Jack was standing about 10 feet apart, very red.
"sorry..i just uh.....wanted some water....ill just go" he ran down the stairs before me and hayes bust out laughing
