//Belle's POV//FIRST DAY OF THE JUDGES HOUSE

I walked into Simons house with the two other girls in my new team named Anne and Molly. They had already been a group for years, and they didn't like that I had been added to their group. We didn't mesh well were Molly's exact words. We were the first group to arrive at Simons beautiful house. In Napa where I am from I had a little 2 bedroom place with my mom. It was crazy being in the beautiful hotel, but Simons house was breath taking. It helped take my mind of the fact that in a few minutes I would come face to face with the nicest boy I had ever met, and have to tell him that we were competing against each other. Why do things work out this way. I really thought we could have something but if we are competing against each other..I just don't know. I heard his laugh echoing through the house. I tried to hide my face, but he saw me. He looked so helpless and sad. "Belle...?" I couldn't speak.

//Keaton's POV//

Wait. Why was she here. "Belle...?" I said again

These two girls that were beside her had left along with Drew and Wesley. It was just me and her.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you, but I didn't really lie, I just didn't tell you the whole truth."

"tell me now then."I was confusion was turning to anger.

" Simon made a new group, and I'm apart of it. We are part of the same team, and in a couple days one of us might not be here..."

" well.. Thanks for telling me." I started to walk away

"Keaton I'm sorry!!!"

" I'm not mad that you are part of a group, I sad that u didn't tell me... We had been together constantly this last week, and you never told me. Why?"

" because...idk" she said quietly.

" you don't know? Fine well I have to go prepare with MY group."

//Belles POV//

I wanted to cry, but my team was up next.

We went to go sing, I forgot my solo part. I let down my self and my team. I knew we were going home.

//Kyle POV//

Keaton had told me what happened with belle. I felt bad for him, but inside I wanted to talk to her. I had contacted the X-Factor producers and they said I could come in a couple weeks if E3 made it through the first elimination round. We will see what happens.

Chapter 5-

Keaton's POV// I felt so bad about how I acted with belle. I should of listened to her. She had messed up, but I should of listened to her reason. I had acted foolishly. I knew she was going to make it threw to the next round with her her being so talented. But I had to talk to her now. We had such a connection, and I did not want to loose that. I put on some shorts and a tank top and walked to Belle's apartment. I knocked on her door. No answer. I saw her two band members walk by with duffle bags.

"Are you guys moving to a new room?" I asked them.

"No" the tall one responded. " Didn't your little girlfriend tell you?" I shook my head. " the tall one rolled her eyes. The shorter girl piped up. "She messed up and they didn't think we were kicked out!"

They walked away. She is gone? I don't even have her number. She was so gorgeous inside and out and the last thing I did was walk away from her. How was I ever going to find her? Go to every single house in Napa. Maybe I can contact her through her instagram.

Belle's POV//

I put in my head phones and started to blast some Lana Del Ray. I can't believe I had I chance to be a musical star and the chance to have some true love, but I let them both slip through my fingers. Why didn't I just tell him. It wasn't even a big deal and he freaked out at me. If that was how he was going to be if we had a misunderstanding how could we have a strong relationship? I just to have forget about him. I was never going to see him again. I just had to face it I was going to be a cat lady. The plane ride felt like it was forever. I landed in L.A cuz I didn't want to get home right away. I had lunch in a little cafe and went to the train station that would take me to Napa.

Kyle's POV//

Me and my parents drove to L.A so I could take the train to a place called napa valley. My parents supported my music,but they still wanted me to go to college, so they wanted me to go check out some campuses in North California, so I was going to go stay with my cousins and Aunt in Napa. It was 9 hour train ride. Lucky I had my music. Keaton just texted me, it was a sad face and urgent in bold letters. I would text him later, I needed to find my seat. I was by the window. I put in my headphone and closed my eyes. I heard someone sit next to me. Who ever it was smelled really good. I opened my eyes and I saw her. Long brown hair. Beautiful blue eyes.

Chapter 6-

Belles POV//

I had just sat down and the guy next to me looked at me. He was very tall. Even sitting down I could tell. He had beautiful blue eyes and gorgeous blonde hair. he took a sip from his water bottle.

" Hi, I'm Belle" he started to choke. " Omg are you alright." as he tried to gain composure he looked very confused. " Wait belle from the x-factor? I saw your audition." I started to blush. " you were really good." He soft tender voice made me feel happy again. " Yah that's me." I started to giggle. " you have a really cute laugh." he just knew what to say. " do you by any chance meet any of guys from Emblem3?"

Kyles POV//

I knew that she had, but I wanted to hear her point of view. As I asked her, her face went white. Her cheeks that were once rosy from her blushing drifted to a blank white. " Um yes-" she spoke softly. "oh I was just wondering because, um well part of Emblem3. I'm their saxophone player, I wasn't allowed on the show because I don't sing." "oh, wait your Kyle?" " haha the one and only Kyle Miner." " so have you talked to Keaton about me..." her voice trailed off. I knew it wasn't a good thing to do,but i lied. " No" I replied. Then we started to talk about how he wouldn't listen to her and that she was so sorry, but she didn't care about him anymore. She said she as tired that she was going to take a nap. I was getting tired too so I fell asleep

Keaton's POV//

Belle? Belle who? She didn't respond to my messages on twitter or Instagram but I know she saw it. I couldn't let it get to me. I had tried texting Kyle but he didn't respond. I was never going to see belle again, so I just had to focus on me and the future of the band. Once I'm famous I'll have girls in lines to meet me.

Kyle POV// it was a couple hours later and I woke up to find belle asleep on my shoulder. The beverage cart came on by and asked if me and my "girlfriend" wanted anything. I said "me and my FRIEND haha will have a coffee." she gave it too us and I was trying to stir the sugar, but as I did Belle woke up. She smiled. Keaton was right about her smile.
