"Hng.. he left me without even a room to sleep in! I mean, I know I'm a small mouse but i'm still human! There's like a billion rooms in this mansion, right?" I run around, seeming helpless about not being able to find a nice cozy place to sle- Oh!

A fireplace the size of a small recliner stayed swaying slowly. The crackling glowed with each spark. "Well, it's not a queen sized bed but it's seems cozy!" I wrap myself around the fireplace and dream.

After the rocket incident, I've been working so much harder on my magic. Practicing even during the nights under Ms. Chariot's supervision. This is my last year in Luna Nova.. I've cherished every moment I've had with everyone.. But I must prevail and become a witch worthy of graduating!

I have grown somewhat taller and my skills have become greater. I'm 19 years old now, and my hair has grown out a little bit, it almost reaches my waist! I'm so glad I've grown stronger under Ms. Chariot's teachings. But, I really messed up..I just wish I could turn back..

I feel my heavy eyes slowly open. "Ah, it's morning. I should probo- EEP!! I'm back to normal!" I get up and brush myself off. "What should I do?! I can just leave right? Do I have to say goodbye? Ehh..." I'll just leave!

I hide behind walls and around small decorative plants when I see Andrew. "Akko! We're ready for your leaving, wh-" ah, he spotted me...

"You changed back, did you find the wishing bell you were looking for?"

"No? I fell asleep by the fireplace when suddenly, BANG! I woke up human!"

"Well, good for you. Now you should take your leave."

"Oh.. about that. I didn't take my broom."

"So? We will take you there."

"The portal...won't open until Monday..it only opens on weekdays without a broom."

"You're serious?" I shake my head.

"Sorry! But, can I stay here for a bit? I promise I will leave on Monday!"

He contemplates it.

"I cannot just let a lady out by herself. I also cannot let my father see you here."

"Huh? Why?"

He sighs. "He still wants me to take the arranged marriage. Even if its against my own will. Seeing you with me..."

"Are you seriously still following his orders!?" Andrew flinches.

"Aren't you a grown man? You have your own opinions and beliefs! I mean, I understand you're the son of an important aristocrat, but man!" I grab him by the collar and pull him close enough to count his eyelashes.

"Stand up for yourself will ya! You're 21 already!" He closes his eyes and lifts me out of the way.

"I understand your concern Akko, but my father is very stubborn. I assure you I'm trying my best."

"That's the spirit! Kick his butt! Ah, sorry that was rude.. He is your father after all..."

"Akko, I'll go tell a maid to get a room ready for you. My father is away until tomorrow."

"Yes!"

"Ms. Kagari, your room is ready."

"Oh! Thank you." The room was huge. It seemed as big as two dorms put together!

"Ah A real bed!!" I throw myself towards the comfy file of blankets and pillows.

"Ms. Kagari-san, the meal is served."

"Oh, thank you. But no need for the formal talk, you can just call me Akko!"

~~ No wonder Andrew is a selfish brat, this is heaven!

The food was a full course meal. Everything from vegetables to high class cuisine like calamari. My stomach was rumbling even while I was eating the food! "Akko! Don't stuff your face so fast. you'll choke."

"Anderewy? wahts oup?"

He sighs "Don't you know any proper etiquette? Or at least any manners? You're in someone else's home." I swallow the food that was in my mouth. "Sorry Andrew, it's just this food is great! How can something that looks so good not be eaten like a pig?"

"You're very flattery towards the cook." huh? I look over to the side of the table to see the cook very happy with himself.

"You're food was so good! Even better than Luna Nova, even though we have a higher income, the food still sucks." I stick my tongue out in disgust.

'Pft..' "Huh? Are you laughing at me?"

"Akko, just continue eating will you?"

"Hmph... I know you were laughing at me!" I slump down and continue where I left off.

"Anyways, it's your last year at Luna Nova right?"

"Yeah...I'm a little sad on leaving but I've got to continue you know? Both Sucy and Lotte have there own plans when they graduate. And I do too! But..."

He stares at me blankly. Hng.. this aristocrat! "It's been my childhood dream to be just like Chariot. But after thinking about it, I want to be my own person. Spreading cheer but in my own way, not following someone else's path"

"You have matured." Huh? What do you mean I've matured?! Yeah I grew taller and every other part of me has gro-

"You have finally reached the point where you know your destiny. What you want to do, and you'll do anything to get to it."

"Oh.. OH! YES! I know what you mean.." That's what he meant

"I've always wanted to say I've reached that. But it seems that my father has restricted me to be the way he wants me to mature."

"Oh, Andrew..."

"No need to feel bad. I have always respected my father and his decisions. But I've never been able to stick up for myself. Until I met you, bubble head."

"B-bubble head!? Hmph! At least now you have the guts to talk about your feelings!"

"Yes, and I greatly appreciate it."

I sigh. "Well, I'm glad you can speak up. Oh, about the party..."
