Sebastian Pov
Today was the day the new student was coming, Me and my friends: Danielle and Ray were waiting in front of the school to see who this person was. Swinging around my baseball bat impatiently waiting for the fresh meat to come was getting very boring and the thought of leaving seemed to cross my mind. Maybe we should just go inside already. It's not like I wanted to see him anyways, it was all Ray's idea. He just wanted to see who they were just so he could pick on them. Ray always does this when a new kid comes to our school. He says " Just want to see what type of competition I have''.He has always been the type of person to bully a new kid because they might have talent or style that he doesn't. As I was about to ask Ray a question, A car pulled up and out walked the new student.
As soon as he got out of the car I was astonished by the beauty that stepped out of the car. By Just looking at him you would think that he was a female with his long curly hair going down his back and a small face with his cat-shaped eyes and plump lips smothered in lip gloss, but his Adam apple bobbing up and down his throat gave it all away.
He was dressed in a pair of skinny jeans, a crop top, and a hoodie over it. I was shocked by his choice of outfit because you usually don't see that every day. As he got out of the car, he looked down towards the ground and pulled his hood on his head. I wonder how someone so beautiful can be so insecure. He walked towards the building, Heading towards the front office to get his dorm key and to see who his roommate is. That's when Ray says " Seb, don't you have a spare room in your dorm, what if he is your roommate ". I looked at Ray in shock and I said " Maybe he will be ? ".
He walked into the building and Ray, Danielle, I headed out to the cafe that is on campus. As we out there ray order first then Danielle, I ordered my regular order. We go to sit down and eat, My mind wanders back to the new student. I think in my head, What if he is my roommate or ray?'' Wait no, that's a bad idea but I was pulled from my thoughts as Ray says " Seb stop spacing out and what are you thinking about ". I respond with " Nothing, I'm just tired from practice and classes ". Danielle then says " how about you head back to your dorm and get you some sleep and we will see you later or tomorrow ok ? ". I nodded my head and left to go back to my dorm room.
As I get to my dorm, I hear a soft voice say " bye mom, and I will be safe ". Then the woman's voice says " Ok Cameron I'm just worried about being safe, I love you ." I open my door to see the new kid and his mom talking, It looks like she was just leaving. I look up and say ' Hi, I'm your roommate Sebastian but you can call me Seb or sebby" . I see him look at me and say " Hi, my name is Cameron but you can call me Cammy or cam " . His mom looks at me and says, " Hi I'm Cameron mom, you can call me Mrs .kimidochi and I was just leaving ". She looks back at Cameron and says " Be safe " and leaves. It's just me and Cameron in the room with the silence making the air thicker by the second. I break the silence with a yawn. Being reminded of how tired I was I turn away without saying a word and go to my room.
The room is dark and settle to my liking I plop down sprawled out on my bed and go to sleep peacefully thinking of the events today.
