For how many months have passed, may naregular, may natanggal sa team at nalipat ng ibang account.
Tumagal naman yung mga bago but then people come and go that easily. My boss didn't seem to care why the employees are resigning and they are not staying for at least 1yr or 2. It seems, for them, there are a lot of people out there that they can hire. But for Pete's sake, you will train again and again and again new people.
For me, that kind of management is not good, there's something wrong. For an employer you want someone that will stay longer, you will make people stay and lead your people to grow. You should think of how your people will grow, right? As an employer you can do something for your people to know new things, right? But sad to say, they are not like that.
One day, I decided to talk to my boss regarding the people who come and go for how many months only. I am not liking the way new people do, for only 10 months or exact 1yr they will resign. I gave a hint that she needs to do something but then after that talk, nothing change.
Not long enough my close friends in the office resign, so I decided to look for other job already because I don't like anymore the way they manage people.
Days has passed and there no jobs that has opend their doors for me. I got depressed with the thought that no company will accpet me because of lack of skills, knowledge and experience to the technology that is on trend now, and most important is the communication. From my experience, I didn't handle any calls via phone. Though we take calls but the type of call where in their concern is just to escalate ticket then you will just respond that you will look into it and update them in email. You have that script and only that phrase is the most used when talking on phone, unlike the other job, your really talking asking questions and all. You have to naturally speak in English, full of confidence and conviction to what you are saying for them to believe that you know what you are doing is right.
Months has passed and still, I stayed in this company but it is not the same as before. It felt like I was going to work simply because it is needed for me to have a salary.
Until the day comes, wherein they will make reasons that will make you think and just decide to resign in this company because of the things they show to you. I was at the point of resigning and don't mind even if I don't have a job after and feeling desperate about finding a job even if the salary is lower than my current. Then one day, we received letters, NTE to be exact. I was furious about what was written in the letter, first, browsing of social media. We all know that it is not allowed, but for 3 yrs that I worked there they never reviewed our browsing logs. Take note, hindi naman namin pinapabayaan ang work namin. Kapag may urgent na gagawin, tinitigil naman namin ang pag browse o panonood, at mag tatrabaho naman kami.Wala naman sila marereklamo sa amin e, maayos kami magtrabaho. Walang nag papabaya sa trabaho. Second, sleeping during office hours. Guys, that time when I slept, I was in night shift. The NTE was given when recently and it was already 3months ago since I shifted to a morning shift.
You think valid pa ba ang mga yun? If yes, why give NTE and not warning?
After submitting the letter, I thought of resigning. Tinanong ko parents ko kung okay lang mag resign kasi di ko na kaya yung stress sa office. Syempre as parents, pumayag sila. Nag resign ako kahit wala akong pinalit na bagong work. Hinayaan nila ako na magpahinga muna.
4 months din ako nabakante, ang sarap lang ng di na-stress sa work pero dumating din sa point na nastress ako kasi wala ako mahanap na trabaho. Naging mapili din kasi ako sa trabaho dahil gusto ko naayon sa natapos ko, pero sadyang mahirap talaga maghanap lalo na mataas na technical skills ang gusto nila pag dating sa work na gusto ko. Technical Support, mahirap mag apply dyan sa position. Sabi nila basta confident ka lang sumagot makakapasok ka, ang mahirap sa personality ko di ko ma-mask ang confidence ko na alam ko ang mga bagay-bagay sa technical. Mahirap na din kasi sigurado ako magbibigay sila ng scenario, dagdag pressure din yung may certificate ka pero di mo mapanindigan kasi wala kang sapat na experience.
