Eyes

Chapter 1 : The attack

  
This night was eerily quiet and dimply lit, some would say a perfect setting for a romantic evening, but sadly a perfect setting for a night of horror for a young boy.

Bright sky blue eyes and sunny hair was the boys trademark that he was proud of, but to others,where he lived, it simply showed a warning to who he was and what status he held. 

    The reason for such a young boy to be walking the streets of the village was due to the fact that he had just graduated from his academy and received his hatait. ( still have no idea how to spell that)

Through his happiness the blonde boy decided to take a different route than usual on his way home, too blinded by his happiness at passing from the ninja academy.

     As he began thinking of what he would make for dinner as a celebration his mind drifted off, not paying mind to the drunk villagers standing by the exit of the alley so close to home.

" well well well if it isn't the runt of the village " spoke one as he got up and purposely bumped into the blonde.

" I'm sorry but could you let me pass " asked the blue eyed boy his eyes looking up with fear, but he tried to hide it not wanting to ruin his day.

" look at this, he thinks he can just order us around, I told everyone you shouldn't have gone to that school, you'd just end up killing the wrong ninjas or something " another villager spoke pushing on the boy again, he nearly tripped unto the floor but caught himself, moving backwards.

" come on let's teach the kid a little lesson on what the real ninja world is like, that academy was for losers after all " stated the supposed leader of the group and before the boy knew it he was being pushed down again and this time there was nothing for him to grab a hold of as he dropped right on the ground.

Using the ground as support to stand back up he was stopped as he felt his head burning with a dramatic pain. " I just pushed you come on get up!" Yelled another

The boy tried, he honestly did, but all he could muster was a week wobble before he fell back down. " he can't even get up from a little push, what a waste " said another and kicked him across the face where his head fell back on the ground right where he hit it last.

And this time when he looked up his eyesight was blurry and the men began looking like blobs of color in the dark lighting, until he finally passed out.

When he tried opening his eyes again he realized that he was in a dark room, the only sound was of water.

About to get up and explore he was frightened by an animalistic growl.

" hello foolish human I could not help but notice that you were dying " spoke a large voice, looking around, the boys eyes widened as there was a large ball of fur.

Confused and scared he said nothing.

" Are you so surprised by my extreme power that you are frozen with fear " he somewhat mocked, the boy just shook his head no and answered with a snarky " no it's just I don't know who you are "

The animal seemed to have scoffed at that " it has hardly been long since I've walked on the surface and the world has forgotten about me, I'm hurt " he said and the boy nearly swore that he saw a lone tear running down what he presumed to be the furry beast' face.

" who are you " asked the boy which only earned a malicious laugh from the beast, who stood up dramatically and stated his title proudly " The Great Kitsune, The Nine Tails, Kyuubi "

And at that moment the boy felt as if he should start looking for an exit " no way no way no way " the blonde whispered to himself as he looked around the room for anything, anything at all on how to leave this place. " this has to be a dream, or did I die and go to hell " he nearly cried out, biting his lip to stop the tears " the villagers were right "

" my goodness calm down, in all my years I've never met a boy who has seen me so freaked out, and I haven't even done anything yet " the animal now named Kyuubi sighed.

The boy stopped and looked back calming down slightly, as the animal began muttering to himself " too much of a goody goody to even go to hell at this point of his life, "

" look boy " said the beast, the boy looked up confused now, " I'm going to be a nice demon and grant you a gift, because if you can't see I can't see and that is going to be really annoying " he rambled

" I can't see?" The boy asked confused, "yes you cannot see, so I will gift you with some magical eyes because apparently watching you getting attacked and dying isn't giving me enough views on Hell-tube " he continued

The boy became so confused he seemed tired and took a seat on the somewhat wet ground. " but you just said I'm not in hell " the blonde stressed out.

" the reason you can see perfectly now is because you are in your mind, The Fourth Hokage, your Papa or whatever you humans call, sealed me into you " he stated completely ignoring my question and the papa comment somewhat flew over the boys head.

" now me being so kind and generous, I have decided on granting you with, as I stated before, magical girl eyes. I only need your permission, so do you want them or not " he asked.

At this point the boy realized this would be a moment that might change his life, he wasn't exactly sure what ' magical girl eyes ' did, but it wasn't as if he was going to lose anything from it.

" I guess yes, but " the boy paused " what do you want in return "

The Kyuubi just gave a scary grin and looked at the child " simply saying, I'll give you the eyes but" he paused putting great emphasis on the 'but '

"But? " pressured the boy, " but all of your emotions will have to be erased, you can of course gain them back " he stated

The boy thought about it for a bit, it wasn't as if he needed the emotions, it wasn't all that important, so he gave a nod " sure " and sealed his fate.

" perfect " he said getting up shaking the ground beneath. " now since I can't exactly go out into the world and watch you from your bedroom 24/7 I will give you one of my spirit animals kit " he said

The boy just nodded as he grasped the information he was being given. " that should be all, now you can leave, I have many things to do in this dark cage" he said to no in particular. And before the boy knew it he was out and whoever he was had vanished leaving him where he once was, this time alone.
