This document sat on the desk of an official who doesn't exist in an organisation that isn't real, well an organisation that isn't real for you or I dear reader. This organisation monitors the unnatural and proceeds as is necessary, whether that is to neutralise a potential threat before it gets to powerful to stop or to keep just monitoring them to ensure they aren't causing problems for national security.
Allira Jones has been monitored since birth, placed in the care of operatives that she believes are her birth parents. All reports indicate that her childhood was uneventful and great, she excelled in her subjects at school and her out of school activities naturally honed some of her abilities. Well the abilities we have guessed that she would have based on our studies of her birth parents. Unfortunately they are no longer here to test the extent of their abilities and to find out just how powerful she could potentially be.
Allira had long suspected that her parents didn't add up, just lots of inconsistencies in stories and how there has been no trace of them before Allira's birth. Her searches revealed nothing. Correction her spy work into operation: who are Mr. & Mrs Jones - agreed, that the operation title needs to be shorter but it gets the point across nicely what the mission is all about and Allira thinks it sounds most spy like so she will keep it for now.
Many of the lessons Allira has learnt over her childhood have been put into use to getting to the bottom to this. Including the tactic of never allowing the offence to know your play. They have no defence for the left if you make it look like your going right when really your goal was to make them think that while going left. Mr. Jones and his bloody footy analoges, but they get the point across so that is what matters
