Day 4: Stormy Truths

      Clash! "Kyah!" Kokichi and Himiko screamed as they awoke from the sound of thunder.

 

"Holy crap! It's pouring outside! There's a lot of lightning too!" Kokichi commented.

"Nyeh..." Himiko said as she fell asleep.

             "Do-gog! Clash!" Kokichi mimicked the thunder trying to scare Himiko, but she slept soundly.

             "You leave me no choice... Hiyah! Here are my bolts of lightning!" Kokichi exclaimed as he threw pillows to Himiko's direction.

"Nyeh, go away... I'm tired, it's way too early..." Himiko pleaded.

              Kokichi then glanced at the clock, "Oh yeah, it's freaking 5am! The heck..." Kokichi said as he heard knocking.

             Kokichi got out of bed and answered the door. Turns out it was Seta-sensei but in her sleeping outfit. "H-hello, my dearest kittens! F-frightening storm outside, isn't it?" Seta-sensei greeted as extravagantly but with a hint of anxiety.

"Ah, Kao-chan! What's up?" Kokichi asked.

"Nyeh, Seta-sensei's here...?" Himiko groaned as she got out of bed.

             "H-hi there, Ouma-kun and Yumeno-chan! I-I'm just here to tell you that none of you are allowed to go out today and stay in the hotel." Seta-sensei said.

             "Huh? Is it because of the storm? But it'll just be temporary and it would go away eventually..." Kokichi asked.

             "O-oh, about that... According to the news, the storm will go on for a few hours and at this rate it would cause a flood. S-so sorry for the disappointment." Seta-sensei explained.

"Ahh, okay. Can we visit the others then?" Kokichi asked.

             "Y-yes you may! B-but, you can only do so after 11am. I-I just don't want to disturb their sleep, so 11am is a suitable time." Seta-sensei answered.

"Alright then, just stay in here and be bored the whole day..." Kokichi said.

             "I-I'm really sorry... N-now, I have to go. I-I need to explain to the other kittens. G-goodbye, my dear kittens!" Seta-sensei then left the room.

             "Nyeh, I'm going back to sleep..." Himiko said as she fell asleep before her head touched her pillow.

"Same here." Kokichi said as he fell asleep.

             Clash! "Ah! That was really loud that time! Ugh, what time is it...? 8am?! Eh, I think I'm going to not sleep anymore." Kokichi said as he stretched and got out of the bed.

             Kokichi then looked out the window, he was amazed at what he saw. The sky was pitch black which was filled with sharp lightning and booming thunder, but there was a flood with covered the whole ground. "What?! In 3 hours it already became like this...?" Kokichi expressed.

             Suddenly, Kokichi jumped a little. "Oh yeah, where's Himiko? Himiko? Where are you? If you're out your breaking the rules? Himiko's such a bad-" Kokichi got interrupted by loud thunder.

"Kyah!" Kokichi heard a high-pitched scream coming from the closet.

             Kokichi then walked over to the closet and opened the closet. Himiko was found in there sitting in a corner chanting out spells with a blank expression. "Geez, your words and actions don't really match each other. But right now, you really are a scaredy-magician!" Kokichi teased but Himiko continued chanting spells.
