Bumalik na kami ni Dad sa VGC and it's been a good day so far. Hopefully 'yung client namin would make it even better. It's my first time to meet and do business sa company as the newly appointed President.

"So, what are you gonna do next?" tanong ko kay Dad at nasa elevator na kami, on our way to the 15th floor

"Spend more time with you, guys. Especially your Mom. Before I met her, I am already busy with the company so I think I still owe her a huge amount of my time. Ngayong hindi na ako busy, we can now make baby number 10..." sabi ni Dad at medyo na-cringe ako sa last part ng sinabi niya

"You're so gross, Emps..." agad kong sabi at natawa lang siya

"I'm just kidding, bud. Maybe me and your Mom will go on a vacation. Panama sounds like a good country to visit, right? Or Latvia?" tanong niya

"I don't know. I've never been in both countries..." I quppied

"You will be soon, okay? Now, let's get you working..." sabi niya sabay akbay sa akin

Lumabas na kami ng elevator and then we head to the meeting room.

"This is it, bud. I'll be rooting for you. You got, son..." sabi ni Dad as he opens the door

I got the same feeling when Dad announced that I will be the new president. Pressure is indeed on me but I'm a Venereza and quitting is not in our blood.

Nagtext si Tito Nyle if pwede raw bang magpadala ng cookies, brownies, and brewed coffee sa VGC. May meeting daw kasi sila and he forgot to tell me earlier.

"Uy, nagmamadali para makita na naman ulit si pogi..." kinikilig na sabi ni Holly habang hinahanda ko na 'yung mga sweets

"Hols, why are you so stubborn?! I told you I have no feelings for him!" aburido kong saad at tinawana niya lang ako

Medyo nakakainis na 'tong babaeng 'to ha. As in! 'Yung angry bar ko magtatatlo na at malapit nang mapuno.

"Soon, 'you'll realize..." dagdag niya pa at inirapan ko na lang siya

"Let's go na..." sabi ko sa kanya at excited pa ang bruha

Papalabas na sana kami ng coffee shop nang may biglang pumasok. At first, hindi ko siya namukhaan but it turns out it's Tita Sophie.

"Titaaaaaa!" napasigaw ako kaya napatingin 'yung ibang customers sa akin

Tumingin si Tita sa akin and she right away recognized me.

"Per-per!!!!" agad niya akong niyakap at pinaulanan ko naman siya ng halik sa pisngi

'Per-per' is her nickname for me. We are so close that she even considers me as her own daughter.

"How are you na? Your Tito Nyle texted me that you're here kaya ako pumunta dito..." sabi ni Tita and I really appreciate her effort

"Awww. Thank you po for coming over..." sabi ko sabay hawak sa isa nyang kamay

"No worries. Basta ikaw!" sabat niya

I look at Mr. Orvojillez and he seems nice. Medyo around 70's na yata 'yung edad niya and 'yung suot niya ngayon ay parang hindi pang-business meeting. It's like the ones Elvis Presley used to wear. Hindi ko alam kung disco ba o meeting ang magaganap ngayon. HAHAHAHA
