All of the kids went outside. Wayne was sitting on the couch watching tv. I didn't want to disturb him or nothing because I know how guys get when they want to watch football and things like that. So I stayed in the kitchen cooking some food for tonight because I knew my mother wasn't going to want to cook when she comes in the house later on tonight. As I was cooking I looked over and Wayne was walking my way.
All I could do was smile.
He walked over to me and was just hugging and kissing on me. Then he just had this face as if he wanted to say something but wasnt sure if he literally wanted to say it.
"Wayne what?". I chuckled
"I have a serious inquiry for you". He said
"Yeah what is it?". I asked
"I want me, you and Lilyanna to move in together". He said
"Babe, I think that's a good idea, but we don't have money to buy our own house or apartment let alone our own car". I said
"I will get a job and we can all move in together". He said
"Okay, if we can make it work then lets do it ". I said
He looked so relieved. I was actually happy about this idea. I wanted to move in with Wayne and truly have it just be us all the time but I am not so sure how this is going to work. I don't have a job, Wayne doesn't have a job and we aren't even 18 so when will this happen? It's beyond me but we will work it out somehow.
Some time flew by and Wayne and his sister had left the house over a hour ago. I walked into my room and took my clothes off so I could get into the shower. I hopped in the shower for about 15 minutes and when I got out I felt cleaner than ever before. I of course washed my hair in the shower so now I need to flat iron it and stuff. Just when I finished flat ironing it, I went into my room to see that I got a message from Drake.
Drake: Lily, I really need to talk to you
Me: how can I help you?
Drake: No, this needs to be talked about in person
Me: No, I have things to do just text me
Drake: Seriously, please , just give me 20 minutes of your time
Me: Okay fine, I will be there in 40
I threw my phone onto the bed and searched through my closet for some clothes. I didn't want to dress up a lot so I threw on some black jeans and then my black sandals. I couldn't find what type of shirt to wear so I just put on a tank top and threw a hoody on over top. My make-up was simple. I just put on some eyeliner and then some lipstick that was pretty much the same exact color as my regular lips. I told him 40 minutes so I just went downstairs and ate some cookies and then walked out the door.
I hopped in the car, buckled up and was on my way. Now mind you this isn't his home. This is his parents house where him, his father, his mother, and 3 siblings live. I pulled up into the driveway and his mom and dad car was there.
Normally when the whole family is home either this is something good thats about to happen or something really bad. So i'm not going to lie im a little nervous. I walked up to the door and began tugging at my clothes. I knocked on the door and waited for it to open. Just then the door was swung open by his mother smiling from ear to ear.
" Hi Lily! it is so nice to see you again". She said
"Hi Mrs.Johnson". I said with the fake smile as I gave her a hug
"come in, come in ". She rushed
I walked in and the house looks better than ever. She guides me to the living room where her husband and Drake is sitting. I was terrified at this point. I look at Drake with this "What's going on?" type of look. He just whispers he's sorry. I sat down but soon was forced to sit down next to Drake. Once I sat down she just sits there smiling for a long time.
"What ?". I chuckled
"So when did you two come to this agreement ?". Mrs. Johnson asked
"What agreement?". I asked confused
"To get married at such a young age". She smiled harder
" Wait What?". I said as I stared at Drake
" I know you are nervous but that's life, this will be an extremely elegant wedding. I promise I will do everything in my power to ensure of it". She said excitedly
"No, but you don't understand I never agreed to- ". I started as I was interrupted by Drake
"Mom can you two leave for a second, she is really still shocked by all of this wedding planning and stuff ". Drake chuckled
His parents left and all thats was going through my mind was Wayne. I literally just told wayne not too long ago that we were going to move in together soon. How am I going to be married to Drake and living with Wayne ? It doesnt work that way.
"Lily I know you are confused". Drake said
"No Drake, I am mad, who in the world told you I was going to marry you?". I asked
"Listen that's the thing, my parents asked about us". Drake said
"Okay? so did you tell her? does she know we aren't together?". I asked
"Uh ... no she doesn't quite know that at the moment ". Drake said
"You didn't tell your mother we broke up?!". I screamed
"Sh, stop yelling ". Drake said as he covered my mouth
"Drake get your filthy hands off of me. You need to ell her now Drake... I have a boyfriend I can't Marry you ". I exclaimed
"I can't tell her that. She has already told all of her friends and have sent out invitations... it's too late". He said
"No, I will not marry ". I said
"Wait, you have a boyfriend?" Drake asked
"Yes. I have a boyfriend, we've been together for over a year. Are you crazy Drake?". I yelled
"Listen, I am so sorry. I truly am. You have to marry me though". He said
"No I do not". I said as I stood up from the table
"Yes, yes you do. My mom and dad are lawyers they can easily win a case and it doesn't matter because at the end of the day you will still have to be married to me ... and did I forget to mention... that once we are married we are going to have to move in together and have 4 more kids ?". He said with a smile
I slapped him as I left the table and made my way to the door.
This man Drake...he's crazy.
