First up ladies and gents, we have Harrison Pendrake from class 1A! His quirk, Infatuation. It allows him to make anyone within a 10 meter radius develop a very powerful attraction to him simply by looking them directly in the eyes. His quirk is so powerful that he cannot turn it off, so he wears glasses to prevent the activation on everyone around him. He can only use it for 15 minutes and it cannot be used on anyone he already has an emotional attachment to.
His quirk coupled with his charisma makes him very popular with both men and woman.
Downsides: Unwanted attention, accidental quirk activation, sore eyes, blurred vision, exhaustion from over quirk use
Ultimate Move: Mass hypnosis- *to be used when fighting several villains* First, he must get close enough to the villains so they are within his 10 meter radius. Then he sends out a wave of the energy in his eyes that effects everyone in that radius. He can only use it once and his vision will be blurry afterwards. His quirk will need at least 2 hours to recharge. This ultimate move is a great distraction for other heroes to restrain the villains.
Hero outfit/accessories: His glasses are the most important thing so that his quirk is not activated when he doesn't want it to be. They also sharpen his vision so he can see everyone clearly within the 10m radius. He carries sunglasses around as well in case he needs to use his ultimate move, his eyes are extremely light sensitive afterwards. Because he doesn't need anything special for his outfit, he honestly picked something that made him "feel badass" so it's pretty much just a dapper outfit that adds no real value to his quirk but he likes it.

Next up, we have Dolan Magee! He also resides in class 1A. His quirk, Manipulation. He can control the physical actions of anyone he chooses by touching them with the tips of his fingers. His quirk is often mistaken for hypnotism, however he cannot control the mental state of the people he uses his quirk on. It lasts for approximately one hour and it can only be used on two people at a time. One person controlled for each hand. If he tries to establish a connection with a third person, he will loose one of the others. He controls the people like puppets with invisible strings by moving his fingers around and their limbs will replicate whatever his hands are doing.
Unfortunately, because of his quirk not many people trust him. Especially since he uses it to his advantage so carelessly. 
Downsides: Sore joints/tendons, arthritis, control freak, headaches, involuntary muscle spasms-over quirk use
Ultimate Move: Duel control- His ultimate move is meant to be used on one very strong villain. He must touch the villain with both hands so all 10 fingertips make the connection. This allows him to not only control their actions but to literally move them anywhere. It is normally used to either pick up the villain and throw them or to push them back into something. He is often called when villains have escaped confinement so he can get them back into their cell. Because of the heavy weight of the things he normally lifts/pushes, his hands must rest for a while after.
Hero suit/accessories: His outfit is fairly basic, adorning black slacks and a grey vest with silver jewelry usually decorating his ears. He has circle glasses that are not part of his hero outfit but simply for his vision. Normally, he keeps his hands in his pockets or hidden under his black cloak to conceal them from others. Out of sight, out of mind. On his hands though, he has a type of brace that helps with flexibility as well as protecting his hands. It consists of two metal rings on his fingers and one on his thumb, they are connected by a thin chain that leads to a wrist cuff to make sure it doesn't fall off. These were custom designed by a friend in the support course.
