“Education is expensive, but no education is more expensive”. What if we invest in training them, and then they leave? What if we don’t, and then they stay? It is these matters that a true management with people skills has to consider.
Education is expensive no matter how you get it. It is a just for a good cause ahead. It is like an investment for the true business that will make you live for the rest of your days. Being educated for the right reasons is what separates us from students with the working class. In the world of business, we achieve goals to get right on track and one of the prerequisites of doing that is learning.
Education is the silver bullet. Education is everything. We don’t need little changes, we need gigantic, monumental changes. Schools should be palaces where students should do well in majestic levels. Competition for the best teachers should be fierce; they should be making six figure salaries and that is up to the governing people. Schools that are incredibly expensive for government and absolutely free of charge to it citizens are just one step to securing a good quality education. A culture who doesn’t give any value to education for education’s sake and doesn’t respect its teachers will have no quality education.
Kids need to be in school, and learn. If they don’t, actions need to be taken, including punishment sometimes, but I think more kids need breaks. All the pressure and work put on kids has the potential to do more harm than damage. Of course some kids bloom on pressure and it causes them to strive, but for the rest of the population it can lead to physical and mental duress.
Work in schools needs to be more educational, but we don’t need more of it. It’s great we’re starting to teach kids more at a younger age, and see how necessary it is today; however, the work children do needs to be more educational. When we increase the severity of the work, and the time we see emotional and physical changes, not always for the better.
The years of education will gradually turn into a different environment – the working environment. Good students become great managers and those who did exemplary good will be more than that. Taking a good stride in your education changes everything. If anything, take your education in whatever levels and aim for the good reasons.
