This book is for anyone that has found themselves in the midst of trouble and anxiety in college. Going off to a new environment is a very challenging thing, but you can make it. Writing in a journal or letters to yourself might help, even if it is only one letter at a time.
Oh, and for my family and all my friends who think I'm crazy for trying to fit 30 days of writing into 10 days. This is also for you! :)This is the unedited, first draft of my 2019 NaNoWriMo book. I admit, I am starting about 20 days late on NaNo this year, but nevertheless, I am still trying to write something in this month :) I have set my goal for this book to be 5,000 words a day, but each chapter will probably be around 3,000. Hopefully that is enough to stay above the waters a little bit in posting.
Since I am currently in college myself, I am trying to work on this while balancing classes, work-study, and extracurriculars, so I apologize in advance for any long gaps between posting.
PLEASE NOTE: I do love constructive criticism and feedback, but please keep in mind this is my unedited work. Posting this online is mainly for me, to try and keep myself writing through this semester. I am well aware that there is going to be probably A LOT of problems, but hopefully once I am finished, I will be able to revise it and repost it for y'all to read.
Thank you for your support in reading my work!
A little about me? I'm currently enrolled as a freshman in college, majoring in English and minoring in Creative Writing and (possibly) Dance. I have read Marissa Meyer's The Lunar Chronicles more times than I can count and am currently in LOVE with Supernova (if you've read it, please PM me and we can discuss!).
What takes up most of my time right now? Classes, working at the library, band practice, reading, writing, Pinterest, and Mario Kart Tour.
If you have any questions, concerns, feedback, or just want to talk, please free feel to PM me!
Happy reading!
Xx Caroline
