She had helped him create some of the coolest things and when working with Peter Parker she helped him create a tech spider suit. Following the spider bite of a radioactive wolf spider she started working with peter. Suit description: it's all black with yellow markings like her symbiotic. The gloves she has are able to touch into tech and alter it along with creating things only tech feet's made by tony stark.

All that is known is that he is from an alternate universe where Thanos is supreme ruler and the people of the world need some hope to look up to.
