Ok, so I'm a Christian. My entire extended family is Christian. I go to Christian camp with my cousin.
At camp, we were talking about our favourite books series. One girl (who had honestly started to annoy me) said Twilight made her cry. When I brought up Harry Potter, everyone was like noooo witchcraft evil.
They also talked about how much they love Percy Jackson, and got mad at me when I said I didn't think the writer was very good, even though his idea was.
I mean, these conservative Christian girls are going to get in my case when I saw I like Harry Potter, but Percy Jackson is literally about another religion (and technically magic stuff too)
I mean, is that normal?
