I took a deep breath and looked over to the aquarium again. "The puffer fish looks just like you, Babe." I hesitated before I finished my sentence and Noel smiled down at me. "Was that so hard to say?" he poked his finger between my ribs which made me laugh.

"I thought you would laugh." I pouted and he frowned, "Why would I laugh?" his serious tone told me that he really didn't understood why I thought he would have laughed.

"I don't know. It's your thing to call me Babe and stuff-" he raised his eyebrows and tried to hide his smile.

"You're so cute when you're insecure about something."

I shook my head smiling and continued my way towards the other tanks, turned around and slightly tilted my head, after I noticed that Noel wasn't next to me. "Are you coming or what, Babe?"

The moment I faced him, I saw that he was holding his camera up and was focusing on me again, so I playfully put a hand on my hips and spun around and let him take a few pictures of me. "Are you done now? I want to see the Belugas!"

Noel grinned and walked up towards me. "Stop stressing, we have the whole day!" I heard him laugh behind me and felt his arm wrapping around my waist, after he reached me.

Noel briefly stopped at the jellyfish tank and took a few pictures before we continued our way through the tunnel and stopped in front of the huge glass front.

"This is stunning," I stated when a whale shark swam past us.

I heard the click of his camera again and began to smile. I knew he wasn't focusing on the sharks, he was focusing on me. I didn't react, I just kept watching the stunning animals in front of me and let him take his pictures.

"You're absolutely beautiful." Noel said before he hugged me from behind and rested his head on my shoulder.

"I love you Cara," his warm breath tickled my skin and I turned my head to face him, still smiling.

"I love you Noel."

He kissed my cheek and then turned me around. "I have to apologize." I frowned in confusion. "What do you have to apologize for?" my voice was laced, he lied once, what if he had lied again?

"For being such a creep when you showed Max around."

Still confused I shook my head as a sign that I still didn't get what he was trying to tell me. "The day Max had her first day and I stopped you because I overheard your conversation. I was a goddamn creep."

Now I grinned and he was the one who frowned in confusion.

"What?"

"You scared the shit out of me." I admitted giggling and he shook his head. "But if you didn't have been a creep, we maybe would never had ended up like this." I motioned my finger between us and muffled a laugh. Noel smiled down at me and shook his head in amusement.

"I love your positivity." He chuckled into my hair and pulled me closer into his chest.

"And-"

I lifted my head to look at him, "Yeah?"

"Never mind."

"Noel, please. I can see that you're hiding something."

He sighed and shook his head, his gaze sinking to his feet. "I'm sorry for everything else."

"And everything else to come," he spoke so quiet that I almost couldn't hear him, so I put my fingers under his chin and made him look at me again. His smile was sad when he locked eyes with mine again. "You don't have to worry about anything Noel. There is nothing that could make me leave you. I will not let it happen that anything brings us apart again."
