The Empress' daughter

Chapter one

Mia was late again. She pulled her blankets up and ignored the ringing clock. Even though she was the successor of Ainsoft her leadership qualities where very low. Her mother Mrs Park known as the Empress was standing by the door looking at her lazy daughter. Ainsoft was the most powerful company which sponsored the country , it had hospitals, filling stations, department stores ,cafes,hotels etc. Mrs Park was the president of Ainsoft and was the only lady ruling such a powerful company.  Her husband died and left her with Mia the lazy daughter. At the side JK group was the second powerful but was now in crisis and needed Ainsoft to invest in it. Mia woke up and scratched her hair. she looked at her mother who was standing by the door

Mia: (yawning) Morning mom

Mrs park: Lazy bum

Mia:  back to square one, mom i'm not lazy

Mrs park: I've got an assignment for you

Mia: (smiles) lets hope its not business related

Mrs Park: (laughs) never mind, i'm off to work

Mia: (in a sleepy voice) OK bye mom

Her mother left. She woke up and prepared herself. No one knew that Mia was the successor of Ainsoft and she kept it a secret because her mother had said so. She went to the kitchen to find something to eat.

Mia: (thinking) Crushed Americano is the best for breakfast let me go and buy it

Mia was pretty but she liked wearing tracksuits and always tied a high pony. She left the house and went to buy coffee for breakfast

Mrs Park arrived at work , everyone greeted her , she went straight to her office and found Mr Wang who was also a member of the board of directors waiting for her. All directors were men and she was the only woman in the board of directors.

Mr Wang: (smiles) Good morning

Mrs Park: (sigh) Mr Wang how may i help you this morning?

Mr Wang: you must sign the contract with JK group

Mrs Park: (looks at Mr Wang ) i'm not in a rush

Mr Wang: (angry) you must save JK group

Mrs Park:  i said i will think about it , im not in a hurry  and again why do you want me to sign in a hurry

Mr Wang: What??

Mrs park: end of discussion get out of my office

Mr Wang: (looks at Mrs park) fine

Mr Wang left the office. Mr Wang was one of Mrs Park's enemies. He wanted to be the CEO and was corrupt. Mrs Park called jack her secretary

Jack: yes mam

Mrs park: (looks at jack with a worried face) what is he planning

jack: it looks like he owes the jk CEO something

Mrs park: this old man is no joke

jack:i'll find out what he is up to

Mrs park: be careful OK

jack: (bows) yes mam

jack left Mrs park's office

at the other side Mia was on her way to the coffee shop as she arrived by the door she bumped on Jin, he was  concentrating on his phone, and was wearing a white t-shirt. he spill coffee on his shirt. Mia looked at him with i'm so sorry eyes and she tried smiling
